New Tree for 2017
I purchased my tree for next Christmas, so I can't give a true rating. I opened the box to test the lights. The tree looks lush and full. I am excited to get the white and multi light option. I believe I purchased my last tree from you. Very high quality trees. 😊

LOVE MY WHITE MULTI COLOR LITE TREE
This tree was easy to put up & take down. It was beautiful in my front window. This year I decorated it as a Snowman. No ornaments..just a head with a black hat & red scarf and black paper buttons down the front. Everyone loved it. The quality of this tree is excellent! Getting a discount code for adding my email made it even better!

I ordered a lighted cherry tree from Christi's and was very pleased with the prompt delivery. However when I assembled the tree 1 limb was missing. I called them, talked to a very nice man and he told me they would send one right out. It is now nearly 6 weeks and no limb and my tree still has a big whole in it. It was rated indoor or outdoor. I sat it up outside under the eave of my house where it was totally covered and last week it quit working. The tree is beautiful but?

My experience was pretty good!
My only issue is that I did not put up the tree when I first received it. I bought it in early 2016 and stored it, unopened, in the basement until the other day, I put it together easily. It is a prelit tree and my only issue is that some of the lights in the top tier of the tree do not light up. I followed the instructions to try to fix the issue but had no luck, It is way past the 30 day warranty so there is not much I can do to fix the problem now. My only suggestion to people is to put the tree up right away when you receive it to ensure it is working properly in the proper time frame. My experience with the company was good and to fix my issue with the lights I just added some to the tree with a spare strand I had lying around. I covered the area where the prelit lights aren't working and the tree looks great!

Defective Christmas Tree with Obvious Wiring Issue
Ordered a tree in August, stored until November 6. Top section lighting is not working at the bottom of the top section. Called customer service twice and this company is sending me 2 strands of lights to fill in my brand new tree. In possibly spring of 2017, my warranty will replace the top section. In the meantime, I'm going to plug in more lights to a tree with wiring issues. I got the lights to work one time by moving around branches but I don't know what I did. Before I got it back on the tree, the lights went out. Concerned about a fire hazard and the liability CTM will now have. Would have preferred to buy from a reputable company with excellent customer service that would have sent me a prepaid return label to ship back the defective tree and then CTM sends me a replacement tree. Disappointed in doing business with a business that doesn't worry about its customers!!!! Never again!

The only trees we will ever need
We ordered a white flocked pencil tree and wow, what a show stopper! This is the only tree we need. Well, we will probably by another one soon. The item came just as described but better than we could have imagined.
