The tree is beautiful, but we spent over $600 to have a prelit tree that had a section of lights not work. We had already gotten rid of our old nine foot prelit tree, and we did not want to go through the hassle of mailing a 10 foot tree back so we had to add lights so we would have a Christmas tree. If you want to send a new one at no cost that would be great.

The tree arrived fast, packaged well. Easy to assemble & fluff. Even better than photo showed.

I was happy with that until I decided to buy another from you. I bought the White flocked tree and Was over the Moon Happy with your tree. Much more sturdy and very well make. I will continue to buy my next trees or refer you to my friends looking for something different instead of a real green tree.

I purchased my tree in 2014-recieved on Christmas Eve(did not expect it until first week of January-with plans on using it for next Christmas) I packed it away and did not even open box until Thanksgiving 2015. WOW! This tree was as beautiful as anything I have ever seen on TV ,it was very easy to assemble, and looks amazing when decorated. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and the tree I purchased to anyone.

I purchased the 6ft frazier pre- lit tree and I am very disappointed. Extremely thin, small and looks very cheap. Spent an hour fluffing the "branches" and still can't cover the gaps and holes.

I ordered a new Christmas tree from this company in August during a sale. I loved the many varieties and choices they had and the price was excellent for how much tree you are getting in height. I cant wait to put it up. I haven't opened it yet so we will see in December if I am in love with it....so far I am satisfied!

Beautiful Tree in Newly Remodeled Home!

Most realistic trees I have seen. I bought a 4' tree for the dining room of my home and will probably order a larger tree this year for the living room. Even my heaviest ornaments hang without drooping branches. My tree was delivered after only two days of placing the order!!!!

We love our silver tree. It's easy to put up and lots of folks loved it.

Tree arrived quickly with no damage to the box. Very satisfied with the transaction.

About 5 days after I set the tree up, one strand of lights went out. I noticed that that strand had been "repaired" with a piece of thin, green wire meaning that the light plug was wired to the cord with this wire. Therefore, it was known before shipment that one strand of lights was defective. I called Christmas Tree Market and spoke with a customer service rep who sai he was really sorry for the problem, then hung up the phone. I sent a letter two two known addresses and both were returned as address unknown. I'm not hapy. I did replace the strand of lights with my own strand.

Tree was not hard to set up and looked beautiful, but when you get ready to take it down, make sure you have 2 body builders with winches and 4 wheel drives. The bottom 2 sections were not a problem, but it is now June and the top 2 sections are still stuck together.

I had no problems at all, the tree is of good quality,will buy from them again.

I ordered my tree two years ago. It's still in great shape and looks good. I received friend fast friendly service and receive my order ahead of schedule. If I needed more Christmas trees I would use them again.

Our tree was delivered within a few days and it was nicer than we had anticipated. It is so real looking and it was nice to be able to hang my ornaments and not have the branches droop. We have had a real tree for 40 years and making this change has proved to be very rewarding.

The white tree was full, had a lot of branches and was such an improvement over the "old" 4' green tree that it replaced - will not hesitate
to purchase another tree from this company

The tree was exactly what I was looking for but could not find locally. Little nervous about ordering a Christmas tree on line but so glad I did. The tree was beautiful and the price was reasonable. Would buy another tree from Christmas Tree Market.
