Parasol quality is fantastic and price was excellent.
Delivery service also great and could even pick a day when was convenient for me which was very handy.

I ordered a parasol and base
I ordered a parasol and base. The delivery was in 2 parts but very swift and easy. When I put up the parasol for the first time I noticed the rubber seal at the base of the parasol was split. I took photos and emailed customer service. Within a couple of days another parasol was despatched, no fuss no questions just excellent customer service. Thank you

Beware if you order via Amazon!
We ordered some bedside tables via Amazon. They arrived and one is perfect, but the other had a big chip on the drawer front. I emailed (as per the paperwork inside) a photo of the damaged part and asked for a replacement. Several days later I got a generic email about not passing GDPR checks so I sent over more information incuding the full order invoice. After several more days, I've just had another invoice saying I need to contact them via Amazon, but there's no way to do that within the app. I also tried calling (initiated from the Amazon app) but the guy on the phone laughed and said I should try Amazon on my desktop. Which doesn't work either. Unbelievably frustrating when we're actually really happy with the bedside tables overall, we just needed the damaged part replaced - it should surely have been easy? Really disappointed with how terrible the service has been given the number of good reviews. Amazon have subsequently refunded. Overall...wouldn't recommend!

Excellent product. Lovely colour. Well made. Fantastic price. Ordered four and only two were delivered. Delivery company’s fault not Christows. Customer services excellent and two replacement parasols delivered very quickly.
