Very Poor Packaging!!
1st time Purchased this brand through website for gift to my bestfriend.VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR POOR PACKAGING!!! which i paid shipping more than RM50,the weight less than 1kg and they packed bag without boxes and I have remark to packed in box,one of the the bag would be ok if packed in box but they ignore the remark!!.Do I want to recommend to my friends,NO. NOT WORTH IT!!👎

Though it’s my first order and I am truly impressed by the workmanship and fast delivery and the packaging was neat. So I would definitely buy again.

The company made a mistake with order…
The company made a mistake with order resulting in me having to pay extra. After a while I was notified of the mistake and finally informed of why my order was delayed. Due to the delay I couldn’t have my package in time for my event it’s been 3 weeks and I still have not received my package. I payed £90 on shipping alone and didn’t recieve my order in time no reinbursments have been made. Delivery services are asking me to pay an extra sum to recieve my order although tax and delivery was included in the initial transaction. I wasn’t informed or aware by any means this was going to happen and has ruined my first time experience with this brand.

If there is a 0 rate i would rate them 0. I order my bag last November 25, 2024 as for the present for my sisters birthday in December 8. Upon checking out it says only for 5 working days to delivered. But until December 8 didnt. I emailed them yet no response. I received the items on 21 of December which very late already. Then i opened it i disappointed as the color i choose is not the one i received. I choose chest nut colour but i received black which makes me more disappointed. So for you who wanna buy on them think 100% before you buy.
0 Star for service
If there's a 0 Star option, I would have chosen. Placed order on 20/10. I sent numerous emails out from 27/10 to 18/11 but there were no response. The status was actually flagged as fulfilled but I didn't receive my item. Shipment updated that pickup from their office was unsuccessful. I messaged all their social media and officer at Instagram responded. She reverted that order was cancelled on 16 Nov.
The most basic response a company can do is to update customer that order is cancelled but I didn't receive any emails.
Never going to buy again from them. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. No service recovery. Nothing.
Disappointed
I’d say I’ve been quite a loyal fan to this local brand from way back. I love their designs and their prices but my recent purchase experience is such a letdown. Their sizing chart for the shoes are inaccurate. I bought one of their bridal heels collection and I don’t understand how the extra crystal appliqué on the regular white bridal heels is considered a personalized or custom made order when it’s already sold as a separate model / SKU on the website. It’s not like each customer would get a different design pattern. Not to mention all the information on their website is all over the place. The return information and policy differs from what’s stated between the product page and the returns info page. I would be happy to just return them for store credit so I can get a bag or the same shoes of the next size up. But it’s not enough for them to not return the money but still deny return for the item. Customer service also has a lot to improve. Every email reply I get just sounds so dismissive.

Very bad service by seller. Bought an alpha thermo bottle with personalised engraving but they messed it up (engraving not aligned at the intended location). I don’t know how am I going to gift this to my friend. E-mailed their customer support but never got a reply. Will by the first and last product that I will ever buy from Christy Ng.

I suggest who ever want to drop an online order please have a deep consideration.
I recently dropped an order since 22th Dec 2021 ( for my wife Birthday gift) , the email response with the order will take on 3-5 days.
7th January 2022 today I still not even get any updates with them and the email is replied with those damn officially notes.

I bought a pair of shoes sometime last year (around September 2017), but only wore it once and the whole bottom sole fell apart! I was sad because I really liked them, and thought it reflected badly on their manufacturer/supplier or making of the shoes. They were very bad with replying emails then, so I decided to personally visit their store for a return and refund. I met with an admin staff, and she agreed to help me with the refund issue.
Despite me writing my details down in their store and multiple emails later, I still have NOT received my refund (March 2018). I did receive an email just today (27 March 2018) stating that my email address was incorrect and therefore they could not process the refund. Did Christy Ng's admin only tried to process my refund today -- after 6 months?
Very disappointing.
How RELIABLE is Christy Ng
It was my first visit to Christy Ng and the last as well.
To all future brides, beware if you are planning to make your purchase with Christy Ng - apparently this is not the first time they made such kind of mistake.
I placed an order on 29 October 2017 with Christy Ng - made full payment at their outlet in MyTown, expecting to get my shoes done latest by end of November. Had emphasized several times to the staff (Miss A) that I will need the shoes no longer than 30 November as I need it for a friend's wedding on 5 December 2017. Miss A checked with "who knows who" and assured me that it can be done and they will inform me once the shoes are ready. (To be honest, I think I have provided them ample time to produce a pair of shoes. 31 days = 744 hours = 44,640 minutes).
After a long wait, I still have not received any calls from Christy Ng. So I called them up on 1 December 2017, only to hear from them that "Sorry, your shoes is not ready yet as there's a delay due to factory problem. We will need another two weeks for your shoes to be delivered to you." (What a convenient way to shirk your responsibility by blaming the factory).
I demanded for better explanation than giving me some s-h-i-t-t-y excuses like factory problem, and I was asked to go to Christy Ng's outlet at Jaya One, which I did. Interestingly, they gave me a different excuse this time - Miss A at MyTown did not submit my order to them, hence they have no idea on this at all until I called them up. And so sorry I can't confront Miss A because she has resigned. What a coincidence.
With that, I'm only left with few options - choose a similar design (which I couldn't find a satisfying pair of shoes in their shop), or get a refund. Apparently that's how responsible they are - to give you refunds. Thanks to Christy Ng, I'll need to rush for another pair of shoes with the limited time I have.
Very poor customer service
I recently (30 May 15) made an order for a custom made shoes with Christy Ng in which I made full payment for immediately at their outlet in Jaya One. It was meant for my pre-wedding photo shoot on 2 Jul 2015. I was promised that the design I wanted can be made and delivered by end of June, to which I was very delighted.
However, 2 weeks into the waiting, I received an email stating that their factory was not able to produce the design I wanted! The verbatim to their email was "We regret to inform you that our factory is unable to produce a wedge that you wish. If you still wish to proceed with the normal one, we are able to rush up one for you, perhaps we will issue you a full refund."
I'm very puzzled as to wonder how on earth will a customer accept a "Rush up" pair of shoes for their pre-wed when ample time was given to produce an agreed pair? Therefore I opt for a full refund and chose to purchase a ready made shoes else where. My communication to a full refund was made on 18 June 15 to which their customer service had acknowledged via email communication. I was again promised the receipt of full refund in 3 working days to which till today 4 July 2015 no money was credited into my account, despite numerous follow-up via call and emails.
I can understand (although disappointed) that their factory can't produce the design I wanted and communicated this fact to me only after 2 weeks of order placement. But I can't understand why is that it takes so long to process a full refund?? My pre-wedding shoot was done and over with already but yet I have yet get any refund from Christy Ng.
To future brides, do consider wisely if you choose to make your purchase with Christy Ng. Planning a wedding is already stressful as it is, I'm sure you hope that a pair of shoes will be the LEAST of your problem.
Great service, amazing product and fast delivery
I resently made my first purchase at ChristyNg and I couldn't be more happy with it. I ordered one pair of custom made shoes and one pair of regular shoes. I had some trouble regarding setting the shipment to Denmark but they fixed this with no problems. Throughout the entire process ChristyNg were very helpfull and answered my e-mails very fast.
When the custom made shoes were done they sent me a picture which I think is a very nice service :). The delivery took only two days with FedEx from the day the shoes were shipped. There is always a risk when buying shoes you haven't seen beforehand, but the quality of the shoes is great and for me the size and feel is perfect. And most importantly, I love the shoes!
