Chromatic is a company to avoid.
Chromatic totally let us down. We won't use them again. We chose this company as they said their services would run as normal over the holiday period but there may be slight delays. We submitted our tests on 1st January and we have waited 6 days to get our 'negative' results back. There was no customer service, no replies to messages, phone calls were cut off. I left many messages on their 'help' screen - no response. Obviously, no negative result meant we could not return to work and had to isolate at home. We feel totally ripped off (£100). Our tests should have been void if they didn't reach their lab within timescales surely. Please don't blame Royal Mail, we had received notification of delivery long before Chromatic admitted to receiving our tests. We want a refund and recompense for lost earnings.
