We had a fantastic experience working with Chromebook Parts. We sent in 170 broken student Chromebooks, and they made the entire process incredibly fast and easy. Once I set the maximum repair value we were comfortable with, they either repaired the devices or used them for parts, and for every device scrapped, we received a credit toward repairs.
In the end, we got back 44 fully functioning devices under warranty, at no cost to ship them out. I also ordered 20 new Chromebooks for our teachers, and RyAnn provided outstanding support every step of the way.
