Lack of communication. I never heard from my seller during my purchase and when I turned to the website for help I never got an answer or any assistance regarding my payment issues or the delay my order had.

Argentinian fees
They didn’t add Argentinian fees in the price, so I had to pay it to fedex in situ when they delivered it. It’s around 50% of the price, I would love to pay it in here to know the full price of my watch’s. Amazon has it, you can check it on there! Thanks!

Great customer support, unfortunately one watch couldn't be delivered because of external customs issue, Chrono24 support and the seller had great communication and attention thru the process of the refund, I and ended buying another watch!
