easy to select the watch I wanted, in a country where I live. I loved the trusted seller option which brings more security to the transaction especially as it was my first purchase on Chrono24.

This customer is more than satisfied
I have purchased watches through Chrono24 two times this year, each intended as a gift. I had to return the first, which was not to the taste of my giftee. The second, from another dealer, was a brilliant success, at an excellent price. Everything - the purchase, packaging, delivery and, when needed, the return and refund - entirely met my expectations. I could not be more pleased.

When I first downloaded chrono24
When I first downloaded chrono24, I was using a combination of the brave web browser (not fully supported by chrono24) and safari ( fully supported by chrono24). It was not until I changed my settings to just safari did the app work properly. I would like chrono24 to allow the user to choose the currency displayed independently from the country the app is set to.

Great service
I think the percentage that Chrono takes is very fair . I recently sold a watch through them and it was quite easy . The biggest thing is security . You are 100% safe whether buying or selling . Buying a watch was straightforward and communication is excellent .

Love the experience - choice, streamlined experience and protected transactions. Love it.
Love the experience - from the choice of watches from anywhere in the world, the ability from buy from new to vintage, and to sell easily, not to leave aside the protection for buyers and sellers - which I have experienced both - makes this a great place to trade.
