Beautiful watch at a good price. Good and professional platform to buy a watch

For a couple of days I am trying to send the watch back. On my first attemt I have got the respons that it was my right to send the watch back and I to follow a certain procedure. But it was exactly that procedure I followed to get the respons in the first place. I gave that respons and no reaction eversince. Today I tried it again but the only respons I get is this survay. I understands that things can go wrong, but this being my first experience with Chrono24 it will probably be my last as well.

Super professional, Watch was certified and according advertised. The communication and whole process was super smooth

The watch was not running. I assume it is a dead battery, but it is currently at the shop for a battery change, so i have no idea just yet if it is a working watch or not. This kinda ruined the experience and it is too soon to be able to give a fair review. But i have been asked three times now to leave a review for this purchase, so this is all i can give you.

I purchased the Grand Seiko Heritage Collection SBGX265 from JIHOUSHA Co., Ltd., and everything went perfectly. The shipping was fast, and the watch is absolutely stunning—looks even better in person than it did on Chrono24. I’m very satisfied with the experience and will definitely be ordering again soon!

When something goes wrong in the transaction. Chrono mediator are very iased to the - in my case lying- buyer. Japanese sellers on the platform are cool though. But platform itself charges too big a fee, and lets you down when youneed them.

Ordering a watch from Japan was both adventurous and an honour. Why an honour? Ordering a Swiss watch from a country which has maybe the highest quality standards in the world, where their own products are concerned.

The communication of seller was brief, yet correct. We both verified we knew what to expect, what we were doing in the proces. In this case the watch was advertised for a fair price, but did not contain the depicted strap. It couldn't leave the country for legal reasons.

The watch was received in due time, perfectly accompanied by UPS's T&T.

Result? A very satisfied customer.
The watch itself is in better condition than I expected.
The advertised package said it didn't contain documents. It actually did comprise all documents, manuals and original booklets, boxes and brand new strap quick-locks. All except for original invoice.
Of which I can imagine that would be hard to send on, for privacy reasons for instance.

I will have the watch registered in the manufacturers' records. To complete a pleasurefull experience, and to show my thankfullness to seller and maker of an object that I can hardly keep my eyes off for the last week...
