CHRONOFRESH IS NOT RELIABLE

For the second time I ordered Pierre Marcolini chocolates. Unfortunately they are using Chronofresh that is totally unreliable. They announced a time frame quite large (8-13 for instance). But they neither showed up nor inform you of delay.
And when you try to contact them they just postpone the delivery for the next day.
I will not use any store using Chronofresh for the delivery.

Which could be a good point for fresh food delayed too much, BUT no information given at any time about this. After two calls I could eventually get the right information only verbally. Then I asked for a written statement since the supplier does not answer either and they definitely refused to write anything.
Then I checked their behavior code ... there is not a single mention of final customer, it's only about employees, direct customers or suppliers. But the one who actually pays is the final customer.

Never again -Do not buy any " la duree " product delivered by this company .

Spending three days waiting for a birthday cake , finally they send a message to pick it up in their office which is two hours a/r from my home ! they also send a message saying that I requested to change the delivery date while I never . They even call you , but dont speak on the phone , just to justify why they did not come .I never saw so poor respect for a client and so many lies to justify the unprofessional way to deal with their responsibility .
