Did not receive my mirror waited 4 weeks still not here

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Wish I had read these reviews before I got SCAMMED! I ordered a mirror only for it to be “delivered “ to an address in Wembley , (I live in north York’s )

Same response as all of the reviews below. Unfortunately purchased a treadmill from them, only for it to be delivered to Wembley, 55 miles away from me after 2 weeks of waiting. No response from the info email address. Luckily my bank have refunded me whilst they investigate but I know other people who haven’t been so lucky!
Many different names online but the same font / design.

Do not use this company. Totally fake , as other reviews delivery attempted over 300 miles away from me clearly I wasn’t there !!!
I’m in process of talking to bank about refund again do not use this site

Massive scam. Please do not buy from this so called company.
My order said it was delivered but I never received it. Really wish I see all the reviews on here before buying.
But luckily my bank looked into it and I had my money back!

This is a scam, they will take your order and then ‘deliver’ the package to the wrong address, then you’ll not hear from ‘Gil’ again. So annoyed at myself for not looking them up before ordering - avoid at all costs

They are a fake company and scammers you will not receive anything you purchase from them.

Company now posing as VONOTTA. Couldn’t find anything for VONOTTA but reading through their website which seemed to have one mega cheap mirror and then loads of overpriced mirrors I found the word chronolla, upon googling that word in their company description it seems they just copy and pasted and forgot to change the company name. Whoops, feel like I just dodged a bullet as was about to order 5 mirrors.

Dodgy company, seen all the bad reviews after I ordered. I emailed to request cancellation and full refund, they responded to advise it’s been cancelled and processing refund. 12 days later I’ve not received my refund.

Total rip off…… SCAM!!
says delivered today to Wembley which is about 50miles away so I’ll now have to go to bank for a refund request

Tracking says delivered to somewhere else in the country and Gil never replied back to my emails

It’s a scam. As some of the other reviews have mentioned, tracking says delivered to an address somewhere else in the country. Gil from customer service promised me a refund but never actioned it and is now ignoring my emails. Fake, scammy website. Avoid.

Scam! They took my money and said they attempted delivery, I contacted the shipping provider and they had no record of the tracking number. It now says it has been delivered to the other side of the country.

Ordered two mirrors, tracking information says that it’s been delivered to an address at the other end of the country. Total scam - the real tracking website has no shipping information as nothing has ever been sent. I’ve been receiving loads of scam texts, calls and emails since making this order and giving them my details. Avoid.

SCAM! Do not order from this website they are shutting down websites and opening new ones to scam for the same bloody mirror do not trust!
