I loved how easy the protector was to…

I was contacted by a very nice woman with Chubbycable customer service named Shirley and she was very apologetic that the previous customer service person that I was contacted by did not respond to my email in time and it caused a delay in any resolution, Shirley has been so helpful and addressed all of my problems and concerns and is in the process of making it all right. I am very pleased with Chubbycable & their customer service rep Shirley I guess she was viewing old emails and found the one with my complaint and reached out to me,she didn’t have to do that I think it had been a good while since my last contact, I am now waiting on a replacement screen protector & a few other items that I ordered since they made everything right. THANK YOU SO MUCH…
I loved how easy the protector was to install that’s what got me wanting it so much i shake so bad and have a hard time installing stuff like that, I ordered a two pack for my iPhone 12 back in march and it installed it and I had no problems it was great. Skip ahead too May and I upgraded to the iPhone 16 pro and ordered another two pack of the military grade/privacy screen protector the first one I installed it was a little out of alignment but it fit and no problems so I kept it on, I had it on for about 6 months before I guess it was cracked from a drop that I didn’t notice, so I opened the second one and I placed it the same way as the first one and it is completely out of alignment and does not fit the screen and with this screen protector on I can no longer have a phone case on it forces the screen protector up and the touch screen no longer functions right, I contacted customer service and sent pictures of what is wrong and how far out of square it is and I basically got the it’s not our problem she said it’s been longer than two months, I’m not claiming it was broke when I got it or anything like that she was saying I should have put it on in the first two months. A normal person doesn’t do like they do in the commercials and hit the screens with a hammer or axe they put them on and use them as directed and if your product is as good as you say it is I would hope that it would last longer than two months which the first one did other than a little out of alignment, but this second one is in not usable at all and I was basically told to go pound sand not our problem, as much as I love how easy it is to install the screen protectors I’ll never purchase from chubbycable again customer service sucks and I guess the product it’s self does also since they don’t stand by what they sale. Sorry so long.

Customer service was amazing

Customer service was amazing! Had an issue with the wrong color being ordered and after reaching out and expecting it to take multiple days to get a response I was able to get a response same day and issue was fixed in the response. Did not ask a bunch of unnecessary questions or try to blame me for the issue. Just fixed it quickly.

Amazing Customer Service

I placed an order for more chubby cables (they are my favorite charging cable - SO durable and they charge really fast) so that I could have one in every place that I need to charge my phone. However, they were delivered to the wrong address. I reached out to Chubby Cables' customer service and they immediately sent the order out again. They actually got here faster the 2nd time! I really appreciate their willingness to make this order right, even though it wasn't at all their fault. Will be buying these cables again and again (if these ever need to be replaced!

Have bought many cables from chubby cables and all are excellent. The issue I have with one has been delt with quickly and without stress. Will definitely return to buy more when the time comes.

Customer service replied promptly to address my concern and issue a replacement! Thanks.

P.S. your email server rejects videos after a certain size. That made it difficult to send a video of the problem i was having and a picture wouldnt have been able to show the issue properly

I placed an order for several items on…

I placed an order for several items on Nov 30th; was told my order shipped on Dec 3rd and was provided a tracking link (in Chinese). I was not aware this company was not US-based. I requested my order to be cancelled as these were Xmas gifts and wouldn’t arrive on time. As of today Dec 16th, my items are still in China and apparently traveling by rickshaw. Their customer service is useless.

Chubby cable sent me a free adapter after I received a defective adapter cable.the replacement is incredible.the adapter sounds so much better than a bluetooth connection.huge difference.I will buy some of their unique items in the future.they took total responsibility and made it right.ronnie🇺🇸😁🐒🙉

Customer service? Non existent

For the record, I NEVER leave reviews on companies. But It’s super disappointing to see such incredibly poor customer service, especially because the products seem like they are probably pretty good.

I emailed them because I bought a cord and unexpectedly the same week had to buy a new phone with a different charging port, so the cord simply needed to be exchanged. Simple enough. I never opened the package or used it.

They responded to my initial email saying they understood sometimes people purchase the wrong cord by accident (which I did not purchase by accident), and that they would just let me keep the cord and give me 50% off another purchase. This is not even close to what I asked for and I have no use for this cord now. they essentially ignored the fact that I was asking for an exchange.

Their website is very clear that exchanges and returns are welcome and simple.

So I responded and explained again that I just want an exchange. No response. I followed up a couple days later, no response. Now I’m getting frustrated. I have followed up 5 times with now no response. I also have checked my spam/junk folder multiple times, no responses. Because they are gaslighting other reviewers saying they must not be getting their emails and it probably went to spam. Bullsh*t.

I am now at the point where I just want to return the unused cord for a refund and to never do business with a company like this ever again. People are very busy and don’t have time to deal with this nonsense.

I will be contacting my bank to dispute this charge if I don’t get a response and someone reaching out to me very soon to confirm a refund has been issued and to give me a return address where to send the unused unopened cord.

Same issues as with other reviews

Same issues as with other reviews. They do not respond to return requests. Super frustrating. Their iPhone glass does not go on as easy as the videos, and breaks super easy. ☹️☹️

*Thank you for making a comment but I have still not received a return email…after providing the info you asked back in November. Are you going to take care of the issue or not? Please do. I think everyone should be aware.
