Cancellation of my order without inform
I have USA LLC company and also I have USA Mercury bank debit card and I gave order from chuck&don's company and they didnt explain me anything and they cancelled my order 4-5days later and I tried to contact with email but no response. And also they took 2 times withdrawn from my debit card and not refunded up to now I have complaint from this company
Full disclosure I have never been inside the physical store. I have only ordered my dogs food from their website so this review in regards to the online site. I feed my mastiff Victor brand and Chuck&Dons has had the best pricing I can find. I have ordered twice now and plan to continue if the prices stay low. It usually takes 7-10 days to receive the food which is acceptable to me. I once needed to contact customer support and it was nice they had someone to talk to immediately. The food comes well packaged and is delivered to my door. If you're looking to order online I recommend Chuck&Dons.

My last experience was at the Roseville chuck and don's, and we went there to bath my Bernese mountain dog and it was so nice and easy! I recommend the self wash if you have a big dog, or even a little difficult dog! There store area is really nice to, they have a nice selection!
