6 weeks for results is ridiculous
Whilst the Presentation and packaging of the Microbiome test kit is impressive and the instructions are easy to follow, it is disappointing that it takes so long to get some results. Seven weeks waiting, when you feel ill looking for help and guidance, is frustrating. The delay in receiving even an initial result is very stressful for someone who is worried about their health and seeking some reassurance. Some faster primary indication of any diagnosis and advice would be very helpful, which could be followed later by a more in depth and detailed report and advise.

I appreciate it can be frustrating to wait for results! However the scientists at Cambridge are the best in the world, and we simply can't cut corners if we want reliable results. There are no short cuts for good science! However our team of Nutritional Therapists are available for free advice 8 am to 8 pm weekdays, and would be happy to talk you through some dietary interventions that you can make immediately, while waiting for your results to come back.

Very comprehensive analysis of the microbiome makes it easy to check what’s really happening inside. The reports are very detailed and there’s links to clear explanations of everything and you can also discuss it with a real person who gives suggestions for improving and maintaining good health
