Great product… My sister recommended using Goat kefir to help with a medical problem I had. This product has really helped
I was used to the original kefir but decided to try the ‘lighter’ version. It took a bit of getting used to because of the sharper taste, but now I’m used to it, so am enjoying it more!

Gives me a 92% score on Zoe. A slightly acquired taste but if you like parmesan cheese you'll definitely like this. Feel like it's doing me good.
This product has worked wonders for me and my gut issues which were life limiting. I don't care for the taste but 2 years plus having a shot of this every morning it's worth it! sometimes it's not as tangy as others but it's made such a difference to me and my stomach issues.
Still not keen on the taste of Kefir goats milk but I do think this light version is a bit easier to take:)

Have been taking this for some years now, i have an autoimmune condition and take alot of medications and have found this helpful for my energy levels. If you have an autoimmune condition do check it's ok to take in the first instance as it acts to boost your immune system, and medications often suppress it - but i started with a spoonful and gradually increased the daily amount. Also the company are great and responsive with any queries.
Love my goats kefir, it’s so much better than the supermarket ones, it’s still fermenting and tastes great! From a fantastic company.
