Ordered a mineral crystal mug..i received a plastic cup holding a small metal cup in it..they tried to tell me they would give me 5% off my order! A crystal mug as they clearly state with beautiful pics is a lie/scam. Can not believe this is legal..
I ordered an item that was never sent to me. I was assured it would be sent to the correct address but it never was. I have contacted them several times and they only say it's the post office fault or check with the shipper. Chuckoo responsible since I ordered it from them but they don't seem to care because they already have my money. I will never order with Chuckoo again. Nor will I ever do business with Premiere Trust or Trust Pilot. Honourless swine.
Order merchandise on July 4th and as of August 7th, I have received nothing. I e-mailed the company and no response. I just submitted a dispute with my credit card company.
These people are thieves the web site stated age verifiy only your card will not be charged i was charged 1.00 i then contacted the company on the phone answering machine lefft message not to charge that card again remove my account they charged me another 24.95 on the 19 of june that is theif false use of a credit card withour permission. Do not trust this site or any other site they own run or part of. I will be reporting this and filing charhes. My bank has already filling out the paperwork for theif.
