Honestly, I see the negative and positive remarks about Chumba Casino. What I have come to realize is that just as any other casino you can lose money if you aren't responsible with your online play. disappearing game...
I hit for a couple hundred today cashed out.. no problem.. it was a great experience.. then I try to play the game again and I can't even find it.. no where, not in the recently played, or favorites, can't find the game (lil demon blazing lava) any where... so I give it a few hours and try again and low and behold there it is... but when I try to play the game I get a error message saying : error launching game go back to lobby... My rating will stay at 1 star until there's a change. I'm done with Chumba, lucklandslots, luckylandscasino,and Global poker. These are all ran by the same people. I been with them all for years. They are so tight. If you ever get a redemption anything you put back into either of these sister sites you will lose everything. All spins are mostly dead. Evey so often I drop a review. I'm going on 4 years with Chumba, I've never seen a grand jackpota let alone hit one I used to receive $50 free sweeps as an anniversary player. Now if anything it's 5 sweeps and the bonus hits are non existent. I've said I was leaving several times , but giving you more chances to ask me to stay. No matter how many times you play it's loss after loss. It's gotten to the point now everytime I log in it's $100 package lost straight through. No hold and win or bonus triggered and the highest bet I play on here now is $2. No such things as RNG with these offshore sites. No regulation and they manipulate the games in their favor. I know a streak of bad luck but every time you log on and a game eats straight through hundreds with no special feature at all on low bets it's a red flag. Take a chance and play a higher bet if you finally trigger a bonus it's less than when you played the lower bet. Chumba and anyonr affiliated should be ashamed. You reap what you sow and manipulating games for your gain is wrong. Let people really win or lose randomly.
