I made some sales on the website, but never received any compensation from chupa. I think they are under administration so soon will disappear completely from the market.

Super scam, i was asking my payout from last 6 months and they never respond to my messages or emails.

I am an author. Since more ore less 3 months, they are not paying, they don't respond to any emails, they basically disappeared for the author. The website for the buyer is still there.

Please do not buy there.

They stop responding as well as paying they are just keeping your money for their own sake. They wont bother to reply your queries even.
One of the most worst ever services in history..
Do not trust them.

I bought an app on their store in February 2019.
Started the project but developer said he won't give me the app because he wasn't paid for last 3months by chupamobile...
I then asked for a refund and no news from any of chupamobile team member nor my money... (it's been 2 weeks now)
I should have read these reviews before buying something here...
Not sure to get my money back... Thinking about escalating this to court maybe...

They are scammers. You will loose your money before you know how they're working. Bought an app callme but the seller don't own the app after reskinning and publishing on Google play. Was latter delete by Google for policy violation. No assistance offered to reach the developer who reskinned the app. Don't deal with them unless you want to loose your money.

They just ignore my emails.

I'm developer on their store since 2015. I really liked them but for last couple of months it's really bad. They just informed that they are updating platform and soon will announce new "great" features etc etc. It was almost 1 year ago. Till now there is not this huge platform update. The only update is that they stopped paying for their developers and don't respond to messages. At this moment they owns me 6000$ and I think I will never recover my money.

As I told they was really good platform at beginning but now it seems they just recognized that they will not paying their developers. I don't know what is the reason. Lastly when I've successfully contacted them they told that they have bad time etc... And that my payment request was moved to priority tickets and after 2 months - nothing.

I told them about very bad reviews here but they explained that it's only temporary and that only unsatisfied peoples leave here comments but it seems that at this moment there are no satisfied peoples there.

I'm really sorry that I had to leave such review... When I receive my money I will of course edit it - but at this moment I cannot give another review.

I am an author on chupamobile since 2015 and sometime in july 2017 their payout-system somehow "broke" (atleast that is what they say), since that time I was not able to request any payouts. I contacted the so called "support" several times, no answer at all. To everyone thinking about either selling or buying on this site: Don't do it.
This site is (and probably has been) a scam the whole time.

No payouts and no support. It starts to seem like a scam

Terrible customer service. Have been trying to get issue resolved with the app that I purchased for more than a month, however nobody has been responding or even trying to resolve it. The website guarantees money back within 14 days if the product is not working, yet not only did I not get the money back so far no one responded to any of my requests, and it literally is impossible to contact anyone in that company. One of the worst experiences, do not deal with that company.
