Misleading customers
Church Dwight/ Arm & Hammer, I have compared the Essential stick deodorant New & Improved to New Look, which seems to be the latest; new Net weight is 7gr (nearly 25%) less, while same Net weight (28gr) is printed on both versions of the product. Contacted Customer service in the US, who replied that my email has been forwarded to their regional office, meanwhile this is a global sold product. After two weeks; no response from the regional office, messenger is set to an automated response, the online chat option has been disabled, as well as the product review option on the website. After a month the following response;
"Thank you for taking the time to contact Church & Dwight Co., Inc. about ARM & HAMMER™ Essentials™ Deodorant.
In response to your inquiry, Our A&H Essentials Rosemary Lavender Deodorant is in the 1.0oz (28g) canister. During manufacturing, we aim to fill at least 1.0oz (28g) of product within each canister. There is some level of weight variance allowed, which is why the weight may be different between each deodorant stick.

Note: The weight variance story is an outright lie, I've compared multiple canisters of old & new, and the weights of all new & old canisters is the exact same, and therefore also the difference in net weight between old & new is exactly the same (i.e. 7gr/ 25%). 25% Less product at the same price. It is no wonder C&D have switched off the review option on their website.
