CHYMall is a scam, stay away!!!
They are group of scammers luring innocent people into signing up and then locked up their trading capital.
Most of the people who joined since November 2020 have not received payment and their trading capital was locked up as well.
They claimed they are e-commerce and yet most people who signed up in November 2020 have not received their products.
E-commerce that imposed loans on their customers? No way!!! they did that to stop paying their customers their hard earned profit.
The worse part is the lies that comes out from their leaders are so disgusting. Those leaders don’t care about others because they have already benefited.
CHYmall changes their policy like babies diapers.
No wonder one of their Terms and Conditions which is section 1.4 says they have the rights to change, amend, suspend, stop a service or its feature without notice.
Is this not scam?
Those who joined in January 2021, they told them each trading round is 10 days, after many people joined, they then changed it to 18 days per round.
Auto trade which was 50 days and 100 days is now 90 days and 180 days respectively.
They did all this changes without saying a word to its customers.
They just don’t respect their customers.
Withdrawal issues are not addressed, what is the use of points if you can’t withdraw? what is the use of a business if you can’t withdraw your profit?
The strategy they adapt is to pay just few out of thousands and the sad thing is, some people who still want to lure others into signing up will be hailing CHY for this wicked scam behavior.
Run away from CHY!!!!!!

Chymall is a scam , becareful of there agents around they are sweet talking people in to join chymall , thank God I didn’t fall for it, please be careful of a lady call cecilia, aka the money manager , her sweet mouth is too much she talks as if she has 100 VIP accounts with Chymall, people are so heartless. Chymall can never sustain you be wise any money doubler is always a scam. Be wise any free money is a trap to trick you ..

There has been several issues after the upgrade. I hope they overcome and stay.

I'm glad I dodged that bullet. It's so clear and obvious that the people who are rating the company with 5 stars are all part of the scheme don't fall for it.
I've been following this company for a while and when you go down in this comments you can see a lot of good ratings at their early stage but recent ratings are all red flag.
This are the true cries of the people so I suggest any body should be wise and stay away.
And the big sign about the whole thing is that the company has not even claimed their profile yet from trust pilot to defend themselves about all the negative comments.
It's all nothing but a total scam and I feel sorry for all those people who have fallen victims.

Chymall has forced their investor to accept the upgrading of theier account to higher level and they are not more paying money to their customer. Please run away from them. Chymall is going soon to close their business because peoples have realised that this compagny scam using ponzi payramide system.

Please, chymall is fraudulent company. I register with the company in October, 2020. They forcefully gave me a loan and took away all my money leaving me with nothing. They also have been stealing people's credit card information to defraud people of their funds. I can see that they have paid agents to write good reviews about them on trust pilot.. Please, any where you find chymall in our country, report them to the relevant authorities and banned from your country. Don't let them operate in your country, destroy their properties. They only have one motive in mind which is to defraud people. They have flooded Facebook with their agents, they are defrauding people in Nigeria as you read this.

I have been in CHY MAll for 6months now and everyone out there should please take this my massage seriously because I’m a victim already.my Money about $5000 is with them yet I’m having difficulties to pay my house rent.i do trading they claim a certain percentage of my profit is be use to pay a loan I never asked for and the rest of the profits set as consumption points which I cannot withdraw but can only use to register someone else ( another prey) so now the question I keep asking them what are the benefits from this their scam that will interest someone to want to register in it ? Whoever that write here that CHY mall is genuine is just still being brainwash by their fake promise. When CHY mall scam started they claim costumers could withdraw their trading capital at anytime but today I can’t even withdraw the profit I’m making rather I’m a debtor to them. What a great scam. I belonged to a WhatsApp group that was education individual on how to manage their accounts on CHY mall but for a month today they blocked the groups.please CHY Mall is a scam stay away from it for your own good. I’m a CHY mall member and I’m advising the public. How can I have a business that I have invested close to $5000 in it yet an ordinary house rent I can’t pay from it . CHY mall is wicked

Chy is a very good company, anyone who says there was no prior notice before the upgrade didn't read the communique or is a liar who only want profit but not the general sustainability of the company.

Chymall is an E-commerce platform operating on new retail revolution concept. Where the both the customer and the buyer earn on every transaction.
From my account, I understand they have genuine reasons for upgrading everyone to next level to sustain the business and grow it as well. And we the customers benefit even more when the loans are cleared. I've cleared some of my loans in some of my accounts and now I earn even more. Even all the new accounts I created after the upgrade earn as much as before. Meanwhile, they issues communiques before any operation and customers well accepted the upgrade. I guess people complaining didn't read the mail. Thanks for chymall has changed my life and family.

Chymall is a pure scam perpetrated by Ghanaians and few Nigerians conniving with foreign scammers to claim is a Chinese and Malaysia company. Don't fall victim, they don't sell any products, they only use the money of the new members to pay the old members, in their Facebook pages once you comment anything trying to make the innocent citizens know the truth they will block you. They claim to be like Jumia, Amazon and Alibaba but individuals cannot go to the site and order for the fake products they claim to be selling, if you try to order for a product they will tell you that this member has no level, what a SCAM. Now all the old members can't get the profits they were promised because they forced loans on them which will take them 7 months to finish paying without referrals making them to go and convince other innocent people to join and get scammed again and I'm very sure before they finish paying the loans they will come up with another update. They will keep promising you what you can never get because what they are interested in is your hard earned money. Any business that does not using a verified payment gateway like paystack, fluterwave, quickteller is not trust worthy

chymall is a scam. Stay away. the new upgrade will not allow you to be in profit rather you'd be in debt to them through the loan forced down your neck. Now i'm in loss with regards to the money that i put in their system. If they did this to us old customers then there is no hope for new customers. Please stay away!!!

Chymall has forcefully upgraded it's members, thereby putting everyone in debt. Investors are now paying back loans instead of earning profits. This is very shady practice.

They have scammed many users, now withdraw people's points (money), and upgraded them to higher plans they didn't want to.

Obviously, this is a scam behaviour, people should now be careful, in fact, don't use Chymall anymore.

They should refund our points back!

CHYMALL withdrew my first 84 chypoint and today they had taken 37 chypoint and left me with only 4 points. Felling very DEPRESSED right now. Why are they forcefully taking my money when the loan has not been activated? I am on auto renew, still have 69 days to go, does it mean that I'm not going to withdraw any money for more 70 days? I borrowed N319 from a friend so that I can gather money for my rent which expires December 2020, I have planned to pay my landlord by end of February, now Chymall is holding both my capital n my profits. What am I supposed to do? I don't have a job for now. Who force people to take loan just to force them to pay?
