They state easy hassle free 14 day return. This is NOT true. It’s been a week of emails back and forth asking for a return

I ordered a dress from Chyrbaby on 17/05/26. It was shipped on 09/06/26. I received it on 16/06/26.

The dress is a light-blue-chiffon-v-neck-floral-fitted-waist-maxi-dress.

When I removed it from the package and unfolded it, the dress only vaguely resembled the website photo (which I believe, in hindsight, is AI-enhanced).

The fabric was poor quality and the dress was wrinkled and flimsy. It didn't have the gentle folds and drape, the detail in the bottom half were missing, there was no puffiness of the sleeves, and the flower was half the size of your website photo.

I wrote an email requesting a refund on 18/06/26. I followed the instructions on the Refund page of the website. I have not received a response.

I am now trying another mechanism to get a response.

I wish I could upload photos onto Trustpilot to help others make an assessment on whether they want to order from this company or not.

I usually order one item from a new clothing brand (or one I haven't ordered from before) to see if the reality matches the product being advertised. In this case it did not and I will not be ordering again. I did check Trustpilot at the time of the order but there weren't many reviews. The situation has changed in the last month and it appears I am not the only person who is dissatisfied by the poor level of quality that does not meet the promise.

I custom ordered a dress took forever to come when it did it was so big on me!!! Why do a custom order when it’s not adhered to? So disappointing will never order again from Chyrbaby !!! Way to big and way to long!! I would post a picture if it lets me.

The dress I received looked nothing like the one I ordered. The quality was awful, cheap, and completely misrepresented.
I have sent six emails asking to return the item and get a refund. No reply. No customer service. No support.
If a company ignores customers after sending products that do not match their advertisements, that should tell you everything you need to know.
Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. Very disappointing experience.

Don’t know why it says I’m a satisfied customer because I certainly am not!
I ordered a dress that took 3 weeks to arrive! I verified with them via email that a UK16 was a US12. They verified this. The dress arrived and I was so disappointed 😔 it was very tight fitting and had some sort of attachment at the waist that can’t be seen on the model! Had I have seen it in a shop I would definitely not have bought it!
Well the return process….OMG so so difficult. It would have cost me 1/3 of the price that I paid for the dress to send it back!
After numerous emails I settled for a 15% discount but I’m just going to put the dress in a charity shop!
Although it’s advertised as a company in USA the dress was shipped from China.
There are so many other online shopping companies that are true to size and some even let you try clothes on before purchasing.
Just be aware that if ordering from this company the chances are you’ll have a battle on your hands for any returns!

I ordered two dresses to try on for my step-daughter’s wedding. The two dresses received did not look like the photos at all. Too much heavy fabric and so ugly. Stiff and cheap. No zipper. Poorly made - one side higher than the other. They looked awful and not soft and flowy like the photos and descriptions. I asked to return them. DO NOT order from this company (if you live in the US) unless you are 100% sure you will keep the garments. They offered $20 for an almost $200 purchase and would not give me a return QR code so post office could track the return to China. I am sure they would say they did not receive the dresses and I would be out another $80. They were unwilling to negotiate anything about the return or give a FAIR rebate, citing they are a small business and have many costs. Just a horrible experience. So I am out $200 and the dresses are being donated to Goodwill.

I was very disappointed with my experience ordering from Chyrbaby.

I placed an order for three dresses on April 18. None of the dresses were custom-made items, yet my order did not ship for more than three weeks. The lengthy delay was frustrating, especially since there was no indication at the time of purchase that processing would take this long.

When the dresses finally arrived, unfortunately none of them fit properly. I contacted customer service regarding a return and was informed that I would be responsible for shipping the items back to China at my own expense. I was advised that return shipping could cost between $60 and $120 USD, in addition to the original shipping fee I had already paid, and that customs fees could also apply.

By the time all costs are considered, returning the items would likely cost so much that obtaining a refund becomes impractical. This information was not clear to me when I made the purchase.

While customer service did respond to my emails, I found the communication process frustrating. My inquiries were answered by multiple different representatives, and each time it seemed I had to re-explain my situation and concerns from the beginning. This made it difficult to resolve the issue efficiently and left me feeling that my concerns were not fully understood.

The return process feels structured in a way that discourages customers from returning items, even when the products do not fit.

I would encourage anyone considering ordering from this company to carefully review the return policy, understand where returns are processed, and be aware that returning items may require expensive international shipping to China.

Based on my experience, I would not order from this company again. I strongly caution anyone from doing so if you expect anything in a timely manner and are not absolutely certain the item will fit. Not good enough. Do better!!!!!!!!!

Extremely poor and unprofessional customer service

I ordered two dresses in standard sizes, but the items I received did not match the product presentation. One dress had the wrong design, and the other one was the wrong color.

Customer service has been extremely inconsistent. Different representatives gave different explanations, different “policies”, and different refund offers. One representative offered me a USD 60 refund, which I accepted, but later the offer was changed to USD 39. Instead of honoring the original offer, they reduced it. This was despite my original order being approximately USD 196.

Based on my experience, this company is not serious or trustworthy. They refer to lighting, screen settings, policies, and internal approvals to avoid taking responsibility and refunding the customer fairly.

The whole process felt like an attempt to confuse and pressure me into accepting a lower refund. They also tried to make me place a new order by offering a future discount instead of properly resolving the issue.

In my opinion, this felt dishonest and being robbed as a customer.

It also appears that they control which reviews are shown on their own website. I left a one-star review there, but it is not visible.

I would absolutely not recommend ordering from this unserious company. In my experience, they do not even deserve one star.

This company is a scam. They listed as in USA but it ships from China, returns are non existent after weeks of emails. The dress sent looked nothing like the advertisement. Dress was supposed to have beading they sent cheap white appliqué instead of color matching beads. The cut was nothing like the ad. The color was wrong. The fabric used was nothing like the ad. I took the lame dress to a seamstress. Even she couldn’t get it to look like the ad after altering $300 later. So now am stuck with a dress I hate for the day of. Cheap ugly dresses nothing like the polished ads. Bottom line wrong dress sent and they did absolutely nothing to resolve it. Worst wedding shopping experience I have ever seen.

Terrible! Do not waste your time or money. Dresses are not what shows in the photos. The return policy is completely FALSE on the ordering page. Very disappointed. Never doing that again. Poor Poor customer service.

This company falls short on logistics and customer support. I ordered a dress for a baptism, but delivery was significantly delayed beyond the promised date and event. The tracking link they provided was useless — no courier was listed correctly, making it untraceable. Support kept asking repetitive questions without resolving anything, and at one point told me the package had arrived in Greece and that I should find the courier myself. I nearly filed a dispute before tracking it down through a third-party tool. The dress eventually arrived, quality is acceptable, but the experience was poor.

I DO NOT recommend buying from this company.
1. The 3 dresses that I received were all defective in measurement. And the dresses are not even close in style and quality to what was advertised on their website.
2. Very tedious impossible return process for these defective dresses. After several weeks of back and forth emails with their customer service, I am by them to strongly consider not returning the dresses as I will have to pay for international return shipping cost ( quoted as $60-100). Plus I will be responsible for any international customs fees(?) and if the package gets lost in international mail, or if dress inspection fails , then they will not issue any refund. I do not understand why I have to pay for all this costs as I am returning their defective merchandise.

3.The costumer service strongly advised me to instead take the 15% refund which is $39.00 for the $267.00 cost of the dresses or be given a store credit for future purchase (which I will not do as none of the dresses were of good quality and none looked like the advertised dresses) Delivery also took much longer than stated.

The dress took 3 week to arrive. The day it arrived I opened and tried on the dress. The lining was ripped the hem was uneven and the dress didn't fit. I started the return the same day. It took 10 back and forth emails before the would provide a return address. I have to provide several photos. They continue to insist on me keeping the item. They have wasted 6 days of the 14 day return window. They only provide a international return address which makes it impossible to return without paying high express shipping fees that often cost more that the merchandise. This is all the ploy to avoid processing any returns. Their website indicates a US warehouse but the wont provide that to you as a return option. Although they advertise a 14 day hassle free return, it is anything but. This company will never return anyone's money. I've filled a report with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Don't be swayed by the photograph. This company is a total scam and any good reviews you see are paid from by the company. DO NOT PURCHASE!

I love the design

Do not believe anything from this company. I ordered 2 dresses that were delivered and didn't look at all like the picture advertised. Even the fabric was different. When I told them I was unhappy, they gave me 3 options for returning, but I would have to pay the shipping costs which they said ran from $80-120 USD! The dress cost $99. This is a total scam company. The dress they sent was a complete joke and everyone that I show it to laughs hysterically.

Lovely dress, great fit, but mind the delivery times!
I m Italian and as the mother of the bride, I fell in love with the dresses on the website. Delivery took more than a month, but thankfully it arrived on time. While the fabric quality isn't premium and there were some frayed seams, the tailoring was spot on and the dress fits me perfectly. Customer service was excellent, always reassuring me about the shipping times. Note: the dress cover bag is not included (sold separately), but they kindly offered me a 7% discount on my next order as a gesture. It would be highly desirable to receive material samples before buying. Recommended, but make sure to book well ahead of time!

Excellent craftsmanship. Even the zipper is hidden perfectly and slides smoothly. You can tell they care about detail.

The experience was great except the fact clothing didn't fit to what I know my normal size is when I buy clothes in United States. I don't know my measurements. But I know my size clothes. Otherwise courtesy was excellent

Stay away from this website, they promise easy return and make it impossible for the returns and do not allow returns. Bad Quality, poor made, PLEASE DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP!!!
