Extremely good experience. Luckily no waiting time at pick up at LPA airport (although I am aware that could be different too) and return. Good car provided at reasonable price.

Experience of our car rental
Even the arrival time at the airport sud Tenefiffa at 00:50 due to unusual circumstances, the cicar team where still there and they were very helpful and friendly.
The rented car was in a good condition. We could take the car with us to different islands.
Also the return of the car was without any problems even some scratches were visible.

Good cars - too many cruise ship geuests
We made reservations on three different Islands Tenerife, Ferteventura and Lanzarote.
Everywhere the cars were tidy, quite new, in very good technical state, well equipped. Top! In respect to the good Prices - Excellent!
The Service personal was very friendly and did their best.
With the Knowledge, that a lot of customers arrive from a cruise ship nearly at the same time in the morning, the staff and counters should have been there in higher numbers, to secure a faster Service - not in the responsibility of the working members in the Office - they have been great

The Booking and the pick up of the Car was
every time perfect, same as on other Canary Islands. Thank's for that. This time we had a bit Problems with the shape of the "coupling/ Cludge " ( hard to push, same as the Gear) not because of normal Car shape. ( Drove this Car before)
But, really satysfied with Cicar... Greetings...
Ps.: Changing the Onboard Digital speak from
Hungarian Language into German was a bit tricky
, changed into English when gave back the Car...

Quick, uncomplicated procedure, good car.
Access to pick up office very close and easy to find within terminal, no long walks or extra rides. Car pick up was easy and respectful. Briefing efficient and short. Car was in good condition and fuel as briefed. No complications. Return uncomplicated. Recommended.
