Order and paid expedited shipping. When I queried why it was taking so long was told spring had been extended in their country and would be sent at the end of the month.
I've asked 4 times so far to cancel the order as the dress is needed middle of March and will be no use in April and get the same reply back each time that they will compensate with accessories or an ornament.
I will have to go to the bank to get it sorted now.

Wish I could rate no stars. I placed my order and paid for express shipping . After a week closer to two of no update I reached out to costumer service . Here was the message : We are sorry to inform you that our country has extended the spring holiday to February 9th. Now we are trying our best to catch up the goods and we believe we can deliver the goods to you soon. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and
thank you for your patience.

No matter what I say they won’t refund money or shipping even they just keep offering an outfit that isn’t coming or a 5.00 coupon I’m livid . Anyhow I will be disputing with my bank

I will NOT be ordering with this company ever again.

I was not informed the delivery would be pushed this far back, due to their "summer spring break" I ordered an outfit a month ago and still not received my item! I'm very disappointed as this was for a family occation!

I am absolutely appalled at how bad the three dresses I ordered are. It is one thing them being cheap (I don't expect superior quality material when i'm getting a cheap price) but they look absolutely nothing like the pictures! Plus they come from China so you can't return them without paying a hefty postage fee and if you try to complain no one answers you. AVOID.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Only giving 1 star as I can’t give any lower. The items arent as they are described and are poor quality. It doesn’t state on the website where they are from. Which is China. They won’t refund shipping which is a lot to return to China and they are responsible for this under the consumer rights act 2015 but are saying they aren’t. Had I have known they were coming from China I wouldn’t have brought. Emailed them and they just repeat the same thing. So AVOID AVOID AVOID

This company is misleading and unprofessional. They instantly charged my credit card and it’s been over a month and I still don’t have my merchandise. I had to reach out to them to be told that they are behind on their shipments. I’m assuming they are located in China because they have hid their location on their website. I’m very dissatisfied and advise you to refrain from ordering from this company.

It would be ZERO stars if I could! They changed my order from a small to an XL, and took over a MONTH to even ship, still haven’t received my order. And they told me I cannot have a refund.
Don’t ever waste your money on these dirt bags!

If I could select less than 1 then I would. Ordered 1st Feb with delivery 8-15 days. Now 22nd Feb and still waiting. Only contact via email in which they keep asking the same questions over and over again. Paid via paypal on 1st Feb, so in the process of raising a dispute with them. Buy elsewhere.

Do not ever ever ever ever buy the products here first of all I bought some blank here Jan 17 and until now they haven't send it yet.. there excuse is because they have a blank blank festival till Feb 9 blank!! What kind of business is this just go to eBay or Amazon in 2 or 3 days your order is there.

I placed my order over a month ago & still haven't received it. I emailed them to inquire about it & they told me it hadn't been processed yet. Over a month & my order WASN'T EVEN PROCESSED YET. So I emailed them expressing my dissatisfaction & they responded & told me to be patient & just wait. I emailed them back & told them that I didn't appreciate being treated like that. I paid my money so I expected my package in a timely manner. If the shipping/delivery time was going to be this long, they should indicate such info upon ordering. Winter is about to be over soon, which means the item that I purchased will be out of season very soon & I still don't even have it. I told them they need to be more professional & considerate of their PAYING customers. After I receive my order, I will NOT be doing any more business with them & I absolutely will NOT be recommending them to anyone else!!

I CALLED THE COMPANY WITH A BOGUS NUMBER THEY HAD LISTED, THEREFORE I DIDN'T GET A CHANCE TO TALK TO ANYONE. AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT AFTER I ORDERED I WAS NOT ABLE TO APPLY MY 15% DISCOUNT, I SENT AN EMAIL AND HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE, AND WHEN I FINALLY DID RECEIVE MY ORDER I KNEW THAT I WAS IN TROUBLE WHEN I SAW THAT IT CAME IN A PLASTIC BAG THAT WAS NOT EVEN BIG ENOUGH TO FIT A 15 X 15 SIZE PILLOW IN. Do not Order from this company. I ordered a coat on the 8th December 2019 with the delivery date of 15 days. It’s now the 14th Feb and still not received it. I have emailed them several times and the response is “be patient my friend, your item is on the way!!!! What a load of rubbish!!! So annoyed as this was a Christmas present so ended up spending more money on an alternative present!!!!

ZERO communication.
I have no idea what this company's problem is. They did not send a confirmation email after purchase (as most legit online stores do). The only communication i received was from Paypal about the purchase. After 3 weeks went by i emailed the contact person on my paypal transaction, with no response. I went to the cichic website and emailed customer support.. with no response.. I left a message to them on their online chat support, with no response. So i logged into paypal and went through the options in regards to not having received this item yet. I had to write up a message about what was going on and paypal sent it to the company so i can deal directly with them. I stated in the message that I WANT THE ITEM, I just want to know if I will actually get it, i understand its coming from China and has long shipping times but i need confimration. I think the end result is they refunded me. After paypal sent me confirmation of my request Cichic sent me an automated refund status email. The only email from them directly and it vaguely states they refunded me. It's not very clear honestly, but there is one little part that says refunded, though they charged me an adjustment fee >.> Jerks. Dont shop here! Item was probably going to garbage quality anyways.

Gave one star only because zero wasn’t an option. Purchased a dress from them and it looked like something from wish. Something I could have made myself. Very disappointed! They gave me a refund of $2.90. Total joke

Never received confirmation of order or tracking number . Only PayPal notification of payment. Money taken out. I tried writing their support centre. No response until I threatened to contact PayPal and initiate refund though them. Got an email for "support ticket" no actual response. Later that day checked on ticket status it had changed from " open" to "answered" without then ever responding to me. At this point I called PayPal and they are getting my money back. Within minutes of receiving my PayPal claim email, Cichic sent me a credit memo email To refund my purchase. Thank you PayPal protection! Also I foolishly thought their customer reviews and photos were authentic... until I saw the exact review photos on reputable sites like Amazon... And again on other scam sites 😒

They stole my money...but. Taking legal actions...this is a bogus scamming fraud company...dont order anything from this scamming company...i wish I read all the bad reviews on this company before I order something off that bogus scamming site...ppl then made YouTube live about them bad bad ones...i keep requiring about my money no response....we all need 2 get 2gether and put the ppl in jail behind this cichic company they are frauds

I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO WEAR IT TO MY EVENT ANYWAY. THE BLACK DRESS WITH THE FLORAL PRINT WAS ABOUT 2 SIZES TOO SMALL AND THE DESIGN DID NOT GO AROUND THE BOTTOM OF THE TAIL OF THE DRESS LIKE IT SHOWED ON THE WEBSITE WHEN I ORDERED THE DRESS. I AM ALL AROUND DISAPPOINTED. I AM GOING TO PUT THE SO-CALLED COAT OUTSIDE FOR MY DOG TO SLEEP ON WHEN ITS COLD OUTSIDE, IN FACT I'M NOT EVEN GOING TO BOTHER SENDING ANYTHING BACK TO THESE RIP-OFF ARTISTS. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND SHOULD BE SENT TO JAIL.

Not a company I would purchase from again.
After requesting updates and receiving none, I politely stated that I will be doing a chargeback (MAGIC WORD) if no updates were provided within 3 hrs. I received a response within minutes, at this point I wasn't impressed.

Waited a day and then flagged the charge on my credit card.
Provided all the evidence needed to for a reversal of a credit card payment & all was well in my world again.
