It is so rare to find a brand that actually prioritizes its customers like this. I felt valued and supported throughout the entire process, I’ll definitely be a long-term customer!

I like the brand for there quality and discounts if you buy more you get a nice discount on the products so i am happy with the packages.

Hey i was to late with my package to pick it up at a service point it took me 2 weeks after communication with custemer service i got my package not really happy with the service but the quality of the product was good.

I ordered 2 toys for my little nephew, happy with the quality and he is happy with his toys. Would recommend

Top quality and surprisingly great service!

I was a little hesitant to order at first, but my experience with Cicimi was really positive. The clothes looked exactly like the pictures, and the fabric felt even better than expected. Shipping took a little longer, but everything arrived neatly packaged. My little boy has already received so many compliments on his outfit!
It’s also nice that the prices are affordable for such trendy items. I will definitely order here again!

I’ve been very satisfied with both the products and the service they provide. Every time I go visit my little nephew, I know I can come here and always find something great.
