I was sucked in by the marketing! These are not cotton only the small gusset is the rest is cheap nylon. And as for no VPL!? These are the wirst VPL I’ve seen for a product claiming you can wear under gymwear! Absolute lies. The postage also took ages. Don’t waste your money. Rubbish item. No response from customer support also.

For me, feeling sexy while staying comfortable is the most important thing.
Being able to go to the gym wearing truly seamless underwear with absolutely no visible lines makes a huge difference.

Cici underwear are honestly the most comfortable , breathable, supportive and durable underwear I have ever worn. And To be able to wear my gym attire without worrying about seams, makes these undies absolutely iconic. I honestly cannot exercise unless I am wearing my cici underwear. The best purchase I’ve ever made.

Ordered some underwear from Cici earlier in the year. Took longer than usual for delivery. When I emailed them for a update they failed to reply. Sent another email a few days later with a screenshot of my order. Still no reply or answer. Money wasted and no underwear delivered.

This is a scam company. DO NOT PURCHASE. The returns process will result in a frustrating chain of emails, you sending the underwear back, then them ghosting you. You will not get your underwear. Their email domain is now defunct, as is their Australian website. Will be reporting to ACCC.

I ordered the wrong size and have sent them back, they are sitting in the PO Box waiting to be picked up for over a month. Please let me know what is happening as I want to order more. No response from you guys anymore after your first email to me. Please reply!

Terrible customer service and returns. Had the briefs and thongs pack purchased for me by my husband 2yrs ago and loved them. Finally was able to by more - bought the 10 pack, but he accidentally told me the wrong size. Corresponded with customer service who approved the return of 8 of the 10 untouched pairs 3 months ago. A million emails and instagram messages later and no response. No credit and they now have 8 pairs to re-sell. Pretty pissed off to be fair.

Not the best undies I’ve ever bought, colour faded so fast even on a cool wash with colour powder, the colour transfers onto other garments when wet ( sweaty)…not great for gym and definitely not seamless as depicted in description.

Purchased these before and loved them, so comfy. Reordered thinking I might need a slightly smaller size, but when I got them they were too small. Customer service were very quick and helpful in the exchange process. Will keep purchasing in future

The g-strings are absolutely perfect-dont show under my leggings and never have to adjust them. The quality is second to none. The briefs I am unable to wear as i have a 'booty' and they dont sit nicely. I did use the sizing table, perhaps size up if you have glutes!

Absolutely my favourite underwear……i never waer anything else other than the seamless thong. LOVE LOVE LOVE. I’ve had them for over a year and thy’re still totally wearable, however I decided to buy 10 more in their EOFY sale AND because they donate a pair to a woman in need for every pair sold. I love these underwear. The colours are perfect. The thongs are so comfortable and are completely seamless under gym shorts. I had a problem with the bright pink colour transferring and they immediately replaced them. Great customer service.

I purchased the wrong size underwear and had got good communication and returned them.
Aust post delivery the returns to CICI Monday 18 Dec signature required.
Heard nothing have emailed twice with no response.
Over $100 spent want to order the next size but no credit or response.
Very disappointed.
The company have now contacted me and hopefully the issue has been resolved and I look forward to being able to purchase the correct size underwear for my wife.

Without doubt, this is the most comfortable underwear I have ever purchased. It's like it's not even there. I'm not on comfortable but confident.
