I'm now a Lifetime Customer!

Honestly, this was the best experience I ever had purchasing high end framesets.

I'm a first time customer and ordered 2 Dogma F framesets, cockpits and computer mounts from Cicli Corsa. I waited 7 months for the framesets to be shipped to me in the US but... the wait was well worth it!

Customer Service and communications were nothing short of spectacular. All my questions (some annoying) were accommodated and answered throughly prior, during and after my order. All my items were extremely well packed.

Thank you Stefano (and Cicli Corsa). I am already looking forward to ordering my future framesets.

Premium products and premium service

From start to finish, my purchasing process with Cicli Corsa was incredibly smooth and efficient. My questions were answered quickly, the shipping was fast, and the packaging was exceptionally good.

Do not ship to US for transit

I dislike the fact that I asked to get my package send to another address
And it wasn’t because someone didn’t update or look at the update as a result I incurred a lot of unnecessary fees because my package was bonded
In excess of 500usd
That is no acceptable it could have been avoided easily
You stayed in contact as the process unfolded however
Going forward please warn of such fees because everyone might not be able to pay
The product was packed great and everything came intact
Just unfortunate about shipping
BEWARE OF SHIPPING THROUGH THE US!!!!

We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the delivery of your order. You’re absolutely right — your request to update the shipping address was indeed received and implemented on our side, but unfortunately, the change was not reflected in the system that generated the shipping label automatically. This was our mistake, and we sincerely apologize.
As soon as we noticed the issue, we took immediate steps to try and correct it. However, following your comment suggesting that it wasn’t a major concern, we assumed the matter had been resolved and didn’t proceed further. We now understand that this ended up causing you additional complications and costs, which we deeply regret.
It’s also worth mentioning that customs clearance procedures in the United States have recently become more unpredictable, especially for non-U.S. citizens. In your case, the need to appoint a customs broker — with additional fees involved — was an unfortunate consequence of these changes, and something that until last year was rarely, if ever, required.
Had we known how this situation would evolve, we would have done everything possible to correct the address before the shipment left Europe. We're seeing an increasing number of similar issues in recent months, and while many of them are outside our control, we still feel responsible for our part in what happened to you.
Please accept our sincere apologies. If you ever choose to order from us again, we would be happy to offer a form of compensation as a small way to make up for the trouble this caused.

The most awesome experience!!! Promise...

From the moment I sent an inquiry on the frameset I was hoping to purchase I was put in contact with a representative and all of my concerns were rather easily resolved. I placed a deposit for the frameset and when the frameset became available it was on it's way to my home in the U.S.
The care in packaging was over the top, even the smallest of details were addressed. Truly, nothing was missed.
Should I need a frameset purchase in the future I will not hesitate to give Cicli Corsa a look, even if the frameset is available in the U.S.
The customer care is over the top :)

We clearly explained the import duties and taxes you would be responsible for upon delivery in the US, providing accurate estimates so there would be no surprises. In fact, after receiving this information, you thanked us, writing “you’re amazing”, confirming you were fully aware of these costs.
Later, without informing us, you refused delivery of your frame at customs, creating significant complications. Returning an international shipment involves high costs, customs procedures, and risks that require clear coordination. To add to the confusion, you even sent messages claiming the duties had been paid—when in fact, they hadn’t—causing further delays and difficulties in managing the situation.
To say we “wash our hands” of customers after a sale is the exact opposite of how we operate. It’s precisely because we care for our customers after purchase that we have so many returning clients in the United States, many of whom have purchased multiple bikes and frames from us over the years.
We handle issues with transparency and sincerity, but that requires communication and collaboration. We’re always ready to help when concerns are raised, but refusing a shipment without notice while sending conflicting information makes it impossible to manage things smoothly.
We respect your decision, but we stand by how we manage our customer relationships and the integrity that has earned us the trust of cyclists worldwide.

The most painful buying experience of…

The most painful buying experience of my life.
If I had known I still wouldn’t receive my bike by July, I would have never spent so much money back in December 2024 on a full Dogma F.

From the very beginning, I told Stefano repeatedly that my timeline was extremely important. I made it clear that delivery could not go beyond April, under any circumstances. That was my bottom line. He assured me, and I trusted him. That’s why I paid in full.

Now he says he has done everything he could and that it’s not his fault. I understand that he tried to be helpful—and I don’t have any personal ill feelings toward him—but the truth is: at the most crucial moment—right before shipping in early June—he was disconnected for several days. He was out of office exactly when the delivery needed to be finalized. Because of that short delay, we missed the shipping window by just two days, and then DHL went on strike. That small gap caused a chain reaction I’m still suffering from today.

It’s now July. I still don’t have my bike. I’ve been emotionally drained and financially hurt. I was forced to spend more money to buy another frame locally in Canada just to try and stay on track with my original plans.

I haven’t even seen the bike yet, but I already hate it. This entire experience has left me completely defeated and exhausted.

Throughout this process, we exchanged over 160 emails, providing consistently prompt, clear, and professional communication. When the bike was finally ready to ship, you had last-minute doubts about the components to be installed. Our sales representative was away for two days, leading to a slight delay in responding. We understand this was frustrating, but it’s important to note that the DHL strike in Canada and customs delays were entirely outside of our control.

You mention that you “already hate this bike” without having seen it yet, which saddens us, as we put care into every build and shipment for our clients around the world. Given this, we are aware there may be further negative reviews in the future, as there have already been multiple negative posts across different platforms.

As with previous reviews, we wish to clarify that we did not guarantee a specific delivery date. We shared updates transparently, exactly as provided by Pinarello, who unfortunately encountered unexpected production delays.

What an incredibly easy and trustworthy company to work with. Purchasing from the USA can seem daunting sometimes but Cicli Corsa made the process super easy and enjoyable.
