Excellent service at a discount price
Very happy with my purchase from Cicli Drigani.
I found a bike at a good discount, and I was very pleased with Andrea's kindness and service. She was very responsive, including arranging the requested upgrades to my bike. And the bike was delivered to France in excellent condition, after being perfectly prepared.
I warmly recommend Cicli Drigani.

Great price, service, delivery. Fantastic shop overall.
I ordered Specialized Tarmac SL8 from Cicli Drigani.
Initially I was worried about the authenticity/genuineness of the shop, and about delivery process from Italy to Germany.
In the past I ordered bikes from big German brands online shops, and I got few bikes delivered damaged. So I have something to compare with. And for top-tier carbon bike the risk is indeed too high, but the price from Cicli Drigani was almost 1.5k(!) lower than from the official dealer in Munich, and with carbon handlebar on top.
After talking to Cicli Drigani, and asking how they pack their bikes, and what's the insurance - I got convinced, and decided to take that risk. I never regretted. In fact the delivery from Italy to Germany went smoother than in-country deliveries. The bike was well packed (into Bianchi box lol), and delivered undamaged. Moreover, it was assembled very professionally, carbon grease was applied where needed, the derailleur precisely adjusted, bar tape installed, brakes bleeded etc (had problems with other shops in the past again). Make sure to add 49-euros-assembly option to the cart though!
For those who are still concerned - I hope my review dispels your doubts. I now recommend this shop to all my friends who want to get a Specialized bike.
P.S. There were no Specialized tubeless valves in the package, so I had to contact the shop again, and they sent them separately. Much appreciated. Very customer-oriented approach!
