I've done a number of online courses in the past. This course was very well constructed and presented. The interface was clean, logical and easy to read. The material was thorough without being tedious. Really well put together.

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and learning for my Level 2 Catering. Really informative. My only small criticism was that about 5 or 6 questions alittle ambiguous. Would totally RECOMMEND.
