I had order some cigarettes and when they arrive at USA they went far to be in my local town ready for deliver after seen 5 days with same status and no delivery I went to local post office and they say. It was ship back to sender. It was interferes and I wasn’t sure so I contact my sender and they had no business to intercept so I return to post office again and they say U.S. custom return product to sender. I request for a copy of the paper. And they deny by law to give me informative info in paper. Because it’s against the law. I request to served them a legal law sue for not legally letting me receive or know the cause of this issue of the denial and or of the return product. As I process to do a small legal law sue claim. They call me and inform me to check online that it was sent and red flag. So I went online and I copy the only status and send to the ciggiesworld company and inform them of the status and they gladly replace the package by sending me another one and it this time it pass try U.S Custom with no issue. This was my second package the first package had pass with no issue too. And I’m very happy for this product too bad is not sold in the United States but it’s sold online at ciggiesworld I also had an issue with my financial institutions I had got bank card fraud and had my money lost and contact the financial and they reinstated my financial funds back and open an investigation with that one charge of draining my available balance to 0. Will continue to do business with ciggiesworld and I am very please and happy they are here to serve and help us. Thank you very satisfied

Bought from ciggiesworld for the first time, and had my order shipped to the US. My order was split into 2 packages. One of those packages was lost or not released by customs. When I contacted them to request a replacement, they replied me promptly and replaced my order with no hassles or delay. This is a trustworthy seller, and in this kind of transaction, paid by bitcoin to an overseas seller, knowing that the seller will come through is essential. I will be buying from them in the future.

Have been dealing with these guys for 7 or eight years I think and have never been let down. Sometimes US delivery takes a little extra time but well worth it. Only a couple times did it get caught up and was sent a replacement immediately. Always right here.

I'm from the United States, and I placed an order earlier this year (2020) in March. Well, the order was delayed by the pandemic at first. I emailed them about once a month to check-in, and they responded every single time in less than a day! Even when they had stopped selling on their site because they couldn't ship anything they still were responding to me!!

Well, I eventually gave up hope of ever receiving the original purchase. Totally not ciggies fault! The airmail was shut down, and the delivery service basically told me that I had passed my time period to lodge a complaint when I checked in directly with them to get an update.

Again, none of this was ciggies fault, and I would have understood if they had simply told me there was nothing they could do. But then, mid December when they were finally able to ship again, they sent me my same order and covered the entire cost!! Shipping too!! I'm enjoying my Djarum Blacks here in Florida as I write this. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

Always amazing service. They are very transparent and willing to answer questions. Post office once lost my package and the sent out a replacement that week. I will always order my specialty cigarettes through these guys

It took about 2 or so weeks for me to get the package I had to get it from the post office because of a complication with my address but the cigarettes were in nice condition and weren’t stale, I will be buying again when I can

it said the shipping will take 15-30 days but it was actually only about a week (from indonesia to germany!) and it was discretely packaged. very good service will order again 10/10
