Great service, people doubted that i would get them it was about 45 days to the uk and i got them and thanks for the tea A+++

The order process was simple, once order was made I was emailed instructions for payment as well as a note that my order had been discounted by 25% to account for possible customs seizures (1 in 10 orders - I am in uk). Had to do a bank transfer rather than card payment. Would have been concerned about this had I not read many good reviews.

Order was on the plane from Indonesia in 7 days of order and was on my doorstep 6 days after that, so 13 days in total. Very well and discreetly packaged, including some tea and a biscuit! I ordered three packs;larger orders may be more likely to be siezed at customs.

Extremely cheap, and amazing service. I just smoked my Djarum Black and felt like I was in Indonesia again. Don't hesitate to order!

Exactly as they said, a couple of weeks to come, received a tracking number and all ok. Fantastic. Djarum are great ciggies. Be aware that 1 in 10 packages are inspected/seized by customs, a small price to pay for a great service and of course some sweet tasting cigs. They sent free tea and biscuits as well!

Ordered twice to the UK both came within 3 weeks. No problems whatsoever. However the delivery charge is starting to get a lot more expensive.

For a 25g pouch of cherry 🍒 tobacco shipped to Australia the price came to $26AUD which is pointless since a local tobacconist sells a 25g pouch for $41 but its shipped from Melbourne within a few days to my door and i know i’ll actually receive it. Also if it gets pinged at customs you’ll end up with a less quality tobacco for literally the same price as in a tobacconist here in Australia 🇦🇺 Not worth the hassle in my opinion. Seems the government has us rooted either way. Pay more or quit i guess is their motive. Don’t you love freedom and democracy 🤔😐

Was so pleased with my order! Was slightly hesitant about paying by bank transfer but had no issues! Received my parcel after around 2 weeks, with free sweets and tea (I think it was tea anyway).

This website is legit. The service is professional and the crew responses very fast right after each email I sent them. I got my package only 10 days after ordering. I ordered 10 555 state express blue pack, but they had only 9 and added 1 555 gold pack instead. The cigarettes taste excellent. I am totally happy with their service. You should go no where but Ciggiesworld because there are tons of scamming websites trying to trick your money.

CiggiesWorld are brilliant. Have always received packages to U.K. after around 12-14 days. Just had a package delivered lately which took a little longer but Jeff was always brilliant and answering my emails when I was worrying about it maybe getting stuck or lost in a post office somewhere.
I ordered a few new brands on this latest order and it is always exciting to open the package and see my favourites and then some different ones as well as a few sachets of coffee too.

I have been buying my Marlboro Reds from Ciggiesworld since September 2018. Since then I have ordered 21 shipments which have all arrived at my home in the UK within 3 weeks of ordering (I'd say the average wait has been around 14 days), all very carefully and discretely packaged.

Initially, I was a bit concerned about not being able to pay by credit card (with the added insurance/security that it gives) and having to make a bank transfer, but I took the risk and have not looked back.

The cigs are cheap, genuine, non-FSC & delicious! Each order includes complementary tea/coffee and biscuits/sweets!

Hi world LOL I am a new ciggies customer, my second order came a day before my first order and I ordered them 7 days apart, shipping is fast and packaging is superb ! My only suggestion is the fact that Indonesia Postal does not fill in the address properly so the Canada Post had trouble finding me, so just make sure somehow to voice your concern to get the address in the proper format and your experience will be great. Thank you ciggiesworld for the great GREAT service !!!

Customer service is excellent. I have not had to pay taxes my last 2 orders. Even when I have to it is still cheaper than when I pay for Canadian cigarretts.! Will definitely order again.

Never received any smokes and never received a letter from customs so I guess I was scammed, waste of money, will never try buy anything through them again

A good company who providing cigarette from all around the world. I bought a cigarette and it arrived in Edinburgh without any trouble. The parcel even arrived in 7 days in which I was supposed to wait for 15 to 30 days. The customer service is nice and respond fastly. They even give me tea from Indonesia. I am currently reordering.

Good products, but misleading shipping times and price's, found new shop called dutyfreesmoking really cheap and free guaranteed shipping, only 9 days to US.

Been using CiggieWorld for a couple of months now , every order has arrived here in the UK (small orders 3-5 packs not rolling baccy) , packaged really well , cigarettes are of good quality , better than UK ones for taste/strength …..one small negative is that the packages are taking longer to get here , when 1st using packages were posted within one or two days of payment being made now it's taking longer than 12 to 14 days for orders to arrive , latest order took 3 weeks

My package came within 2 weeks as promised, the product was discreetly packed and undamaged. Jeffrey even added a snack and tea bags in with it as always! Honestly was worth the wait. Would definitely continue to buy more.

I was searching for a website that sells reliable cigs and came upon this one. Was skeptical at first that I had to pay by bank transfer but took the risk anyway. I was afraid that customs would sniff it up and I'd get charged but didn't at all.
