Worst bank experience in Morocco
This is by far the worst and most unprofessional bank I have dealt with in Morocco. No service, no respect, and no organization—neither in agencies nor online.
You go to an agency and they send you back because the employee responsible is on leave, as if customers and their money do not matter. There is no replacement, no continuity. You are basically told to wait days—or even weeks—until the employee comes back. When you finally find them, there is suddenly a “system issue” and you are asked to come back another time, only to discover the employee is on leave again. This is an administrative institution that handles people’s money, yet it operates with zero planning.
The mobile application is just as bad. When you forget your password, they ask you to answer useless security questions that you set months ago when opening the account. Now you are expected to remember irrelevant details just to regain access to your own money. Completely unreasonable.
On top of that, money was taken from my account without proper explanation. And when you try to withdraw cash, many CIH ATMs are empty and they tell you to go to another agency. A bank where you cannot access your own money is unacceptable.
I gave one star, and even that is too generous. All of this happened within one month. I strongly advise people not to open accounts here. If you already have one, close it.
