Lovely windows just not fitted properly gaps everywhere they do come out eventually but it’s a case of keep having to be on their backs. Gaps letting draught and light in . Still not resolved since fitted early 2025 . Also during installation plaster and rendering damaged

Cement render is 90% sand and looks awful on front door. Contractors had to borrow canterbury spa no PVA.
Back door window gaps left for plaster to fill.
Great service - We have used CII before and were not disappointed with our recent purchase. Windows were manufactured and fitted within weeks. Reece and Charlie were the fitters and carried out an excellent job, they were very professional and friendly. I would recommend this company.
