Ordered a case with the 4 wines last week and the delivery was fast and precise.There was also a small can of olive oil included in the package and that was such a cute surprise cause it was one of the best olive oil I have ever tried. Furthemore included with the wines I found a small diary explaining the history behind these wonderful products. Wines were delightful and I wish I ordered more.
What struck me the most was the uniqueness of the prosecco from the very first sight! I have never seen a blurry version before - I tried the fondante with friends.
It somehow reminded me of cider but the more I tasted it and the more I realised how much I liked it! Will defintely recommend and cannot wait to try the others!

thank you so much for your considerations. I think you have experienced the fondanti wines of Cima del Pomer, I suppose Zero.1. The traditional ones have no sugar inside, you are right. We first visited Cima Del Pomer over a year ago and the wines are spectacular, the tasting event is wonderful and we cannot wait to return after the pandemic. We ordered the four wines and shared them at a tasting of highly certified wine educators and retailers. All of the group is already WSET diploma or in the program currently (Level 4 Sommeliers). There was complete agreement that all the Cima Del Pomer wines are truly outstanding. They are exceptionally well made and express the highest quality of prosecco. Furthermore, we all loved the ancestral method wines as they are truly unique and delicious. Most Americans don't see these types of wines in the market and might not know to look for them. These prosecco wines sit on the lees for a period of time and develop complex flavors and an incredible texture. We were all blown away by the quality, style and price of these wines. If you have never tried them... contact the winery and order some.
