Wonderful product!

Trash ass . Took long, had to place 3 orders and didn't get my money back and the last order was delivered 3 days late.

Had an issue with my order but Cinci420 made things right promptly and went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied. Great quality product with great prices.

My experience with Cinci420 overall was a okay experience plagued with bad overall communication at first but great resolution by the customer service team once they realized the issue. I made my order for delivery once i tried to call and was met with a automated message saying they deliver to most of Ohio as they do not and this was a technical error but being a small business starting up i understand and they were swift to call me and notify me that my order would be shipped instead but they will give me some extra goodies for the inconvenience which i was thrilled about so i waited eagerly to receive my product wondering when i was going to get my tracking number for the order i waited a few days until i called back to both of their numbers and got in contact with one of the same people i talked to before that was trying to iron out my situation to find out they forgot to ship my order and gave me a few options one immediately getting my product to me that night which i appreciate immensely as i use THCA hemp for my anxiety and it does wonders I've been going through a stressful time and needed some relief. My delivery driver was absolutely amazing and definitely deserve a promotion and/or raise for wanting to bring it all the way to me and did it with great customer service skills and was extremely polite and understanding. I wish i was able to give him a bigger tip honestly i cant stress enough how great he was. Now for the product itself Its pretty good it definitely does the job and the strain i got completely eliminates my anxiety and is now helping me sleep as i have a lot of issues with that when i'm feeling anxious. Also they threw in a free preroll which looks and smells amazing especially for the price they have them listed for i cant wait to try it out. Overall i would recommend Cinci420 as they are taking a huge step in the cannabis industry in Ohio and its a huge undertaking they've easily gotten over 3500 orders in the past month i'm sure and they are doing the best they can and have proven at least to me that they care about their customers and are just ironing out the kinks that come with doing something so ambitious and convenient for us people that this helps. I say cut them a little slack as us Ohioians have been waiting for something like this and they are trying to deliver what a lot of people want and need which if you think about it is extremely hard to undertake with a small team like this. Order up guys they got good stuff.

Found the service to be unreliable. Placed an order at 2pm paid the extra $15 for 2 hour shipping. Not only did I not receive my packages any where near that timeframe.. I didn't receive it at all that day. A family member had a similar experience with the 24 hour shipping they placed their order on Friday. It is now Tuesday and have not received their order. More communication would be nice.. maybe an email receipt with an estimated delivery time.. or updates.
