Cinderella Shoes offers a wide range of quality shoes in longer sizes. They also offer a great service and are very helpful. Delivery is smooth and prompt. The shoe prices are competitive, given the quality and specialist nature of the footwear.

From searching their website, which was great fun, to the easy and seamless order, and finally the stress free, quick delivery process, I enjoyed my shopping experience with Cinderella shoes. I’m certainly going to try them again. They make having big feet feel like “no big deal”. I love that very much.

I bought a pair of shoes. I was a bit careful, because I'm in Scandinavian. But there were no need to be concern, about anything. It was fast delivery, great quality, fair price. I will keep buying from cinderella shoes and I recommend them to all my friends and family, and here on trustpilot. They have my highest recommendation.

I am a Cinderella Shoes fan. I cannot say enough good about finding shoes to fit my feet! I wear size 14M and I like style and I don't wear a heel over 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 inch heels. I've order many shoes from CS and try to take advantage of free shipping or % off. My request is to have more of the brands selling shoes in size 14. I lie Pie S..... can remember the last part of the name but they have beautiful, stylish shoes but they only go up to 13. The variety of pointed toe pumps is great but they're all 2" heels and pointed toes just limits the size meaning a pointed toe takes up almost a inch that the foot is not going into. I prefer round toe or even square toe. CS has quality shoes and what I've found thus far is great but I'm looking for more style in size 14.

Purchased many times from Cindarella shoes. Yes they can take a week or so to arrive but I have never had an issue with delivery. The shoes are great quality and whilst on the expensive side they do last. I have recommended the company many times to ladies with longer feet.

As a tall woman with EU size 44 feet, finding stylish and comfortable shoes has always been nearly impossible — until I found this place. Their showroom in Rathangan is a true Aladdin’s Cave, overflowing with choice: heels, flats, sandals, boots — you name it, I’ve found it there.

I once had to return a pair of boots due to a manufacturing fault (not Cinderella’s fault), and their response was exceptional — courteous, helpful, and sincerely apologetic. You get the sense that they genuinely know and care about each customer, even those overseas who I know they deliver to the world over!

Ignore the handful of one-star reviews — they’re clearly not a reflection of this outstanding business!

I live in Australia and have been buying my size 44eu shoes for years from Cinderella shoes. The staff have always responded to my emails and orders with friendly and helpful replies. Most of the shoes sandals sneakers and boots have fitted perfectly. I have recommended them to my big foot

It was so good to find these Josef Siebel pink sandals. They fit perfectly … so comfortable and yet totally support the foot. Perfect for us tall ladies with a flat heel. Such a soft suede lining. A rare find.

Just received my navy blue, block heel, suede GABOR shoes. Only word to describe them is gorgeous. I can't wait to wear them.

Had an excellent experience with Cinderella Shoes this week. Called into the shop in Rathangan and was greeted with the fact that all the shoes on display were size - my size! Music to my ears :) Audrey, the Shop Assistant, was very nice and helpful. So many lovely shoes/ boots. Ended up leaving with 5 pairs - that should do me for a year or so! Thank you Cinderella Shoes - would highly recommend you!

Cinderella Shoes - what an absolute gem of a company. Outstanding customer service - really helped me size the boots I wanted to buy for my daughter. Trackable delivery that was prompt to the UK (5 days). The boots (Dansi a Spanish brand) are outstanding - so well made and fitted like a glove. To see my daughter beaming was an added bonus (she struggles to find anything that fits in the UK outside of Docs and trainers). We will definitely be returning customers - thank you so much ❤️

Just received my second order from Cinderella shoes and I am very happy, the shoes are really good quality and very comfortable. I found the customer service to be outstanding. I’m already eyeing up summer styles for my next order.

Ordered the fluffiest and brightest pair of slippers to keep my feet warm and put a smile on my face. They arrived quickly and are just fabulous. Great selection of products, great prices and great customer service. Ignore the naysayers, they aren't talking about this business.

WARNING – SCAM ALERT!

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I placed an order on Decembe (shoes), but I still haven’t received my items. My multiple emails to customer service have been completely ignored – this is extremely disappointing!

I have tried to contact them more than five times, but without any response. If I don’t receive a reply soon, I will take legal action and strongly warn other customers against ordering from this company.
