Failing to file, Invoicing for services for a dissolved llc. Taking payment on a credit card after permission was removed.
I don't feel I can trust this llc formation company to run the service correctly, and feel I have to move a remaining llc to another agent for peace of mind. They have caused me concern and stress.

Yet again, this company seems like nothing but a scam. Stay away from it unless you are looking for the worst customer service, seeing them auto bill you, but then having a chat bot be of no help when you try to let them know the company should be dissolved rather than re-billed for a new fee

Terrible customer service. I had to request refunds for two orders — they refunded one but refused the second without a valid reason. Repeated attempts to resolve the issue were ignored. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Be careful doing business with them.

Fantastic service. Quick turnaround with professional answers and the portal is so easy to use. I have been client for 6 years. Great people!

Do not waste your money and time on this...I dont know how to name it... They never reply messages, emails, etc I had a very important document to receive. They lost it, they neither reply ever....!

They accepted my company at first, then told me my company didn't exist in the Texas database (where the LLC was formed) a couple of months later. I asked for information as to how this was possible, and they responded by just refusing to be my Registered Agent and refunding all my money (the reason they got an extra star). I finally understand what is happening with my LLC, and handling it this coming week.

But I must say, Cindy's the next company I attempted to have as a Registered Agent, explained exactly what had happened and how to resolve it. Because I am not a tax, law, or business professional I had NO idea what had happened and NO idea how to resolve the problem.

Cindy's just dropped me with no explanation and it was just before I was headed out of the country for two months because of my daughter's cancer treatments. When I returned, and attempted some other business, I discovered the problem and got information on how to resolve it from the other Registered Agent company. BUT because they failed to provide me with this information I would have resolved it months ago and saved myself well over $1000 in fines!

Another Registered Agent group have acted responsibly and kindly which they just didn’t even try to do for me. They provided me information about what it meant that they could not "find my company" and information about what was needed EXACTLY to resolve the problem and reinstate my LLC. This is what I would expect from a legitimate, professional legal firm.

Needs to be user friendly

I like your service much better than Legalzoom so I switched.

Cindy's is a great service, and we will continue it for our LLC. My only reservation for a 5-Star is that it can be hard to get folks on the phone or we have to wait for a call back or different office. This has not been a big problem at all, but just saying... Thanks for everything!!

Excellent service in general. There is a lack of follow up to questions and clear answers.

That they have new ways to work what was once a very difficult website

I DO NOT recommend this company!! The worst customer service ever. Nobody ever responds to emails or calls. Every time I’ve spoken on the phone with somebody which is not very often. They are very rude.

I do not recommend this company. They are unresponsive to calls and emails, use a robotic, scripted answering service where the "receptionists" taking calls will tell you, with a straight face, that there is no person in the entire company (Cindy's LLCs) who is available, ever, to take a call. "You can leave a message," is the only answer they will give. Nobody calls back.

Worst company ever, you will just waste your money, no customer support, no replies to emails. If only I could leave -1000000000000 Stars.

I wrote an email and got no answer. You can only imagine what kind of service will come from that. Yet, on her website, she says "National providers treat you like a number and provide poor service. My LLC formation service is meant to fix that problem." Yeh, sure, that is why she doesn't even bother to answer emails. Empty promises, nothing more. Avoid.
