Scamers that didn't cancel or delete my account from they website despite asking many times.

Wasn't able to generate a single video from prompts. Just kept getting JSON error messages. Customer support was lame.

i took the $7 trial offer and could not get anything to work, it would not accept any prompts but happily went away and completed a totally random video.
Maybe when the technology improves or maybe the full paid licence is just so much better.

This is a scam. I can not cancel and they have my card information. I now have to cancel my business card and get a new one.

I was hesitant of trying a new Video generator as alot of them are not consistent but I described my model and they generated a realistic high fashion commercial campaign video. I am impressed. The only take away is I've created my own AI Generated Characters that I am using for my brand and I wish we could have attachments so that it could replicate those characters in the same type of quality. It would really make this software next level. I own PerfectvilleUSA LTD a Cinematic Fashion Tech House so this program works perfect for my brand.

I have never used their service, yet recurring payments of approximately $ CAD 72 per month have been charged to my card since April 2025. These charges are unauthorised.

Please initiate a full refund for all transactions immediately. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with filing a formal dispute through both U.S. and Canadian financial authorities.

They tricked me out of £180. This company is a scam - they use Sora and Google AI in their adverts, but the company itself is not associated with them. Customer service is awful and features are more than basic. Avoid!!
