Cine Support is opgericht door professionals uit de video- en filmindustrie. Als filmmakers uit Nederland ondervonden wij regelmatig het probleem dat wij voor een project bij verschillende online winkels een bestelling moesten plaatsen. Vaak omdat niet elke webwinkel dezelfde merken verkopen of omdat de een het niet op voorraad had. Daarnaast hebben wij gemerkt dat veel Nederlandse webwinkels niet altijd over de kennis van video en film producten beschikt, omdat deze vaak gericht zijn op de consument (in plaats van de professional) en meer gericht zijn op fotografie. De film en video markt blijft maar groeien, daardoor ontwikkeld de techniek zich in razendsnel tempo. De gangbare merken zijn verkrijgbaar in Nederland, maar voor nieuwe trends en ontwikkelingen ben je vaak verplicht om in het buitenland te bestellen. Wij willen graag verandering hierin brengen. Een online winkel die beschikt over: - Voldoende kennis over film- en videoproducten. - Professionele support. - Importeur en dealer van verschillende merken. - Betaalbare producten - Professionele gear.

Helpfull

Helpfull, friendly, knowledgeable.

Your order CAN take a bit longer since some of their products have to come from China. But it DOES get there, and they are willing to give you updates

Agony on purchase

Although according to the website, the estimated delivery time was 3-6 days, I waited 27 days for a working monitor set. Not once was I approached with an update on delays. To the contrary, the seller seems to be very disappointed and unamused with me that I did not appreciate the free cable and 'all the time spend on me' on a €2600 purchase. Picking up on the sellers offer to compensate my rental costs has not been responded to. I will not put up with the Cine Support agony again nor should anyone else.

From the beginning we communicated that it will longer to get your order with you. We also talked to you weekly to advise you on your setup and we decided to give you a few presents. Because you had to wait longer we offered you to compensate your rental invoice, but you declined it. After receiving your total order you asked us to compensate you for your rental invoice after declining our offer, after your partner called us and called us scam artists, because you didn’t believe we ordered your products. But we are still wishing you alot of pleasure using your products.

Extremely helpful

Extremely helpful, understanding and friendly; the people at CineSupport went the extra mile, reordered products for me and helped me get my gear on time after the delivery company messed up and sent the my initial order to the wrong address.

ALERT! FRAUDS! THIEVES!

After my experience with this company I can only conclude that these are thieves and scammers. I placed an order at the end of September and immediately paid for a product that, according to the website, I had to wait 2 to 5 days for. I then received an e-mail stating that the product still had to come from China, but that the factory had just been closed for a week. If this was a problem I could cancel the order and my money would be refunded. I reported that it was fine for me to wait a while. Then I had to contact the company myself to find out about my order. They responded to my first mail, but no longer to the 3rd or 4th email that followed. I called a few times, the last time they canceled the order and told me they would refund the money. We are now more than a month later and the money is still not in my account, and they no longer respond to my emails. If you still want to take the risk, then pay with Paypal, but I really doubt whether this company actually exists.

Well Jeroen,

We responded to all your mails and talked to you over the phone a couple of times. Like we told you over the phone and by email, we are a new company that started in september. We than worked with a distributor in China, for the product you ordered. We communicated all the promises that the factory made to us. But after a few weeks we offered you to cancel the order, you didn’t want that. A few weeks later we talked and we advised you to cancel the order so that we could refund your payment.
That is what we did. We refunded your money weeks ago.

It’s too bad you think we are scammers and thieves. We are glad that other customers don’t think that and are happy with our service!

We like to be transparent, that is why we use a platform like this.

And you don’t have to be affraid we don’t exist. On our website you can find all our information: from Chambers of Commerce, VAT number to contact info. We also meet all the requirements that a webshop must meet.

Just tell us what you need from us to make you feel better.

We are sorry that you feel that way. Our distributor told us they had the product you ordered in stock. We communicated with you that the delivery time on our website is an estimated one. Because of the busiest time of the year, we offered you to compensate any rental costs. We also offered you to cancel your order if necessary and the money to be returned. But you choose to wait on delivery. We delivered 2 days after the estimated delivery time.
