Transaction no. 235372593277, pending from October 23, 2024! I'm still waiting for couple hundred euros! This company has absolutely lost my trust. Will never use its services again.

My transaction # 819034820549 has been ‘hanging’ since 18 October 2024. The support service answers evasively and off-topic. Instead of answering the question ‘where is my money?’ - releases about upcoming lawsuits against monopoly banks. It looks like a banal scam.

I made a transaction on 10.10 a direct bank transfer, I have a bank account in the same bank that Cinkciarz so normally it was always super fast. A week later no money transfer, I will have to pay additional fees on my another bank account because i'm on overdraft thanks to them. I'm 39. in line to talk to somebody on the infoline, no one responds to emails. It looks like a SCAM! Don't use their services!!!

2 day waiting for my money transaction, global fuckup or error, probably their database was hacked, other people also waiting for transaction min 3 days. Problem happened before money transaction but they not inform clients about eventual problems. Website exchange moeny service still "working".

Just like others mentioned, more and more often the service is ridiculously late with money transfers. Makes me feel bad, thinking that they could be using our own money to make a short term additional profit.
Not fair. I am one of the many existing (still) clients who probably soon will switch to the competition. Enough is enough.

It’s hard to believe how atrocious their customer service has become in the past year or so. A currency transaction used to be completed within a few hours and now it’s measured in days. Friends in the financial world allege that there are rumors about Contoxia/Cinkciarz financial stability and health. Some commentators allege they may currently be operating almost as a pyramid scheme by using monies submitted by customers to conclude transactions with people from earlier dates. I have now deleted them from my laptop and phone and use the Ekantor app provided by Alior bank. Not only way more solid as a business but better rates and light years better customer service. I would be ashamed to admit to being their current CEO who is Marcin Pioro. I strongly advise anyone even thinking about using Contoxia/Cinkciarz to give the business a wide berth. I don’t know if the rumours are true but it’s not worth the risk
