Honestly I don't find anything good with you guys because you're stealing peoples surveys rewarding yourselves by your boring emails the survey was closed blablabla soon you'll end up profitless and shut down, customers boss

I am deeply frustrated with Cint Zendesk's service, even reporting that the survey was already at 99% completion, when the final payment page an error message appears, I take a screenshot showing the screen that appeared and in the service one of them tells me that I had to wait 4 weeks for them to review it and after 2 weeks they will contact me, asking me to report everything in detail, I felt deceived, because after 3 weeks they gave the final verdict saying that my survey had been rejected , who refuses a survey of more than 20 minutes with 99 % completion , this is shameful

The worst nightmare I have ever had in my life They are no more than thieves. To check into that we are a group of people who joined the platform at the same time. and when we asked for payment we got the same reply that the system rules are violated!!!!! I swear I haven't done anything illegal and followed the rules completely. I worked for about 10 hours and got nothing. They are an umbrella company working with other panels such as metroopinion , opnio, TGM pane. When you try to contact these paltform they tell you we are not responssible for payment and ask you to contact CINT directly. Then Cint will give you this reply.

Pretty lousy, worked OK at the beginning, but lately I have spent significant time working my way through questionnaires, only for it to then say I was not eligible.
Seems the only reason is so they can plant cookies on your device!
Had an issue with part of the site not working, so sent in a query, got some totally unrelated standard reply.

Just to make matters worse, I have no idea which of 2 complaints they are dealing with, because they don't admit which panels they control.

I had bad experiences with them regarding two panels they seem to service.

After several communications regarding non credited surveys to my account, we reached no outcome besides, we are sorry.

I would suggest using others webs more efficient and considered with customer service.

Terrible site!!!!!! I do a complete survey and I don't get credit for it. Then once I report it they act like they cannot confirm the link I send them. Rip offs!!!!!
