I bought the willow dress recently and I am completely obsessed! Everything from the design to the quality is just perfect! This dress made me feel amazing! Can’t wait to wear it again next summer!

Ordered a knitted top from cinta and love it! Gorgeous quality and love that it’s made from partially recycled materials as I’m trying to move away from fast fashion and invest in fewer, higher quality pieces.

Beautiful, comfy cardigans, have bought three in the last couple of years and wear them constantly on rotation over winter. Always get comments when I wear them!

I'd give no stars if I could! Please don't order from this company ! Ordered a month and a half ago, the item cost over £140. I am getting no replies on Instagram, once every week or so they email saying the item will be with me "next week" and since I have started asking for a refund I have been ignored. I just tried to reply to another person's comment on their latest Instagram post and see they have restricted me from posting comments!!! Don't know will I ever get my money back :( Please avoid this company - absolutely awful!

This is clearly a scam!! Ordered express delivery which never arrived…emailed store twice and DM’d on instagram with no response. Then when we made a post public on instagram the owner reached out saying they would refund which again has not happened, so believe this to all be a scam

After checking companies house it’s clear this company is hiding something and will now be passing this matter onto the relevant authorities.

Ordered a dress at the beginning of August and paid for express delivery.

They've taken my money and I've heard nothing about my order, despite contacting via email and Instagram.

Awful service. I can't even request a refund because no one is getting back to me.

Beware! Bought a lovely dress a year ago - great quality - so ordered another thinking nothing could go wrong. Arrive poor quality, terribly fitted. Trying to return it was a nightmare and I only managed to get my money back through constantly chasing customer service on email and Instagram. Would avoid!

I have been waiting 2 months for my order. They keep fobbing me off. I now want a refund and I don’t get any replies to my emails. They are so unprofessional. Do not buy from them. Can’t understand why Harvey Nichols supply their goods. Worse retailer I have had the misfortune to deal with

Terrible company, terrible customer service. Ordered a cardigan, that despite several promises, was never delivered. Was told it was a pre-order even though when I ordered it wasn't listed as such. Cinta failed to engage and deleted my factual account of their woeful service from their instagram page. Do not purchase from here, save yourself the hassle.

Shocking service for a pre-order item. The item was supposedly dispatched weeks ago but I never received it. When I queried I heard nothing back until the third time when I was promised an update 'asap'. Despite this, I received no update so have had to chase several times to no avail. I still have not heard a proper explanation, received my item, or had a refund yet.

EDIT: I finally got a refund but literally had to threaten reporting them to the retail/consumer standard law in California to get one. Plus, the last email they sent me made it sound like they never dispatched the item in the first place.

I wouldn’t order anything as a pre-order from here. I ordered a dress in July for a wedding in October but I never received it. I had to chase a lot for a refund…it took months.

Still haven’t received item after over 2 months, was lied to about shipping date several times and no reply over email.

Ordered a jumper and it took 5 months to arrive. I was kept updated and offered apologies but did also have to chase after promises of shipping dates came and went multiple times.

I was promised an item by way of apology for the wait and now despite following up with them on email multiple times to different people I’m now getting no response so feel writing this is sadly now my only option.

I will say the cardigan itself is gorgeous. Great quality and have had so many compliments.

Pre-Ordered a jumper on 22nd July for restock which was due 2 weeks later. I've not had any communication unless I've contacted them and even then it's false promises of deliveries and providing an update soon. I previously purchased an item from them and loved it so it's real shame that this is happening. My last contact with them was on 30th October promising my order was out for delivery and there would be no more delays - also that they would be sending me a complimentary item as an apology. Since then I've received no response to my emails and no communication to explain what's going on. I think this is a now a scam to fund other orders for their launch into Harvey Nicks. Absolutely do not buy from them.

i ordered a dress on June 24th it is now Oct 9th and I still have not received anything. I have requested my full refund of £130 over 12 times and I am now being ignored. Half of me thinks it’s a scam. Don’t spend your money here

Never sent my dress and never refunded me.

I ordered on 12th June and paid for express delivery and didn't hear anything until I chased them.

Sizing is ridiculous, bought an 8 and it wouldn't even zip up, exchanged for a 10 and the skirt is pornographic but the top of the dress has a lot of slack. Elastic in shoulder broke after one wear making the neckline massive. Bad quality especially for the price.

I placed an order on an item that was supposed to be dispatched from the 16th February, and I’m still waiting for it. Every time I’ve contacted customer service, the dispatch date has been moved back - this has happened 6 times now. I’m now being ignored and have had no update on my order - I will not be ordering from this company again
