Product got in a very precise time wrt the estimation.

On the 7th of June 2022 we engaged Cintapunto to provide us with 1000 tote bags to be delivered to Malta by the 22nd June 2022, in time for an event that we were taking part in.
Cintapunto assured us that they are able to meet our deadline and that bags will be in Malta on time. On the 16th of June we followed up with the company to provide us with a status update to which they answered that they have technical issues and will not be able to deliver the products by the agreed upon deadline.
We were very disappointed by this and decided to opt for a full refund of 1115 euro to which the company agreed to give us back. It has been now more than a month and the refund has still not reached our account. I have repeatedly e-mailed Victoria Satsevich (sales rep) to which time after time tells me that the refund is on its way and yet this is not the case.
We have now took the decision to take legal action against the company who will be soon hearing from our lawyer and police on the matter.
DO NOT TRUST CINTAPUNTO.

After this review was posted, a refund was promptly made to our business account.

I am very sorry personally that this happened! I have figured out the situation and I assure you that what happened is an unfortunate mistake. I personally took control of what was happening. The perpetrators have already been punished. Victoria has written you a letter asking you to send payment details for a refund. I would be grateful if you send us the data. As soon as we have the data, we will immediately make a refund!
Unfortunately, everyone makes mistakes, at least once in their life. The question is how people correct their mistakes. Thank you for your understanding and I will consider your kind attitude as a personal favor!
I put my order through the 14th May and have not yet received it, no tracking or update if it has been dispatched. i tried to ring the number provided, no answer. I emailed, no response. I am stuck i do not know how i can reach them. I am still waiting hopefully theh will respond me
