⚠️ SCAM – Avoid at All Costs! Lost £600
I had a terrible experience with CIPD Pro. I reached out for help with my assessment papers and was quoted £300. They initially asked for payment via PayPal, but then claimed their system was down and insisted I use an unfamiliar app called TapTap. I was hesitant, but they reassured me that many students in the UAE had used it safely. I sent the payment on May 9 and received a successful transaction confirmation.
Despite this, they claimed they never received the payment — but refused to show any proof or bank statement. After three days of back-and-forth, they pressured me into sending another £300 on May 12, again via TapTap. This time, the amount reflected in their system and my order was marked as confirmed.
However, the scam didn’t stop there. Days later, they claimed no payment was ever made and told me I needed to pay another £300 to activate the original order. They now say they will refund the full £600 only if I make a third payment of £300 — and recently demanded £1,000 for any services going forward.
No real business operates like this. Communication was through WhatsApp with no official support or accountability. It’s been 11 days of frustration, false promises, and extortion tactics.
This is a scam operation. I’ve lost £600, and I urge others to stay away from this website. Report them if you’ve had a similar experience.
