Great troubleshooting, issues resolved
After initally being unable to reach support staff to figure out how to submit my Oral Health sample, I was able to contact support through WhatsApp and they explained the delay was due to a holiday weekend with some employees away. They quickly connected me to the Chief Science Officer and other support staff to help me resolve my questions and identified how to submit my sample over a scheduled Zoom call. Everyone involved was courteous, fast, and efficient in resolving issues and answering all of my questions. Despite the initial delay, excellent customer service all around.
