The whole experience was pretty straight forward. Stupidly, I had forgotten to register my sample through the app before sending it back. But fortunately, customer service could look it up in their system.

Very useful. Recommended for everyone.

I ordered this test kits and the tutorial video on the app doesn't work, I have emailed them and after a week they told me what to do and the video still doesn't work, NOW NO ONE is replying to my emails!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is totally a SCAM!!!!!!!!!

clear direction, good app UI/UX, variety of results

Directions, quality of the kit and ease of use were all great. Unfortunately the reports themselves are far below what I had come to expect from the reputation and website. Outcomes are incredibly generic and most work on a liklihood scale. Basic information was inaccurate, for example - liklihood you have brown eyes, was incorrect. Liklihood you have red hair, was incorrect. Likelihood of mathematical genius, was incorrect. These reports all seem pointless and I wouldn't recommend getting the premium kit. I could see value in something like family planning reports, but again it's just a likelihood scale and doesn't really provide overly valuable insight. It's definitely not worth the price. If you have legitimate curiosities or concerns to explore I'd look at a different avenue entitely.

I think this is the best and comprehensive DNA test report in the market for the price. The pros and cons of every outcome of a factor in the gene is pronounced.

Didn't know so much information can be retrieve through our DNA. Wonderful experience and good to know more about myself.

Complete Nightmare (or SCAM). Local Fedex regulations require that CircleDNA generate a control number to authorize the pick up of my sample.

I have emailed them 5 times in the past 11 days, received 1 response to the 3rd email, provided them with what they needed, but received no additional follow up since.

I have tried calling their number countless times for the past 5 days, but it is forever "busy" and sends me to voicemail regardless of what time I call. They clearly do not seriously intend to answer this hotline.

Their instructions advise you to send the sample back the same day taken for highest efficacy, but because they are uncontactable, I am now stuck with an 11-day old sample.

The current status is still unresolved. They are still unreachable, and I do not know what will happen to the $300+ "premium" kit I bought, whether I will ever be able to send it back, and even if I do, how accurate the results of this old sample will be.

There are plenty of other DNA test kits, do your research, and avoid CircleDNA at all costs.

To CircleDNA: I cannot respond to your reply because you did not provide a contact information to reply to. I tried calling again, but of course you did not answer your phone. The only way I can respond is by editing my review. The sample has been collected today (15 Jan). I will further update this review with a detailed, chronological account of my end-to-end experience after I get my results; For your benefit and also for potential customers.

Susceptibility to certain health conditions as well as medication recommendations was helpful.

What I really love about the premium kit is all the back up information, confidence, level, and clarity of how lifestyle choices can affect things! There were three things that didn’t match up with a few things about my Health, but the overall accuracy is most definitely worth the money (disclaimer, I got it on sale though). But I truly feel passionate about what this company does, and is doing and appreciate their work very much!!

Glad to have done this Circle DNA test. Now I know which specific exercise, nutrition & diet I should follow for better well being, by reducing all the guesswork I had done for my entire life before this test.

The over all speed of delivery of the report and the fact that most of the details on the report felt pretty accurate based on my daily life and so on. It was great. Also the massive number of data points that were pointed out was crazy amazing.

It's fairly expensive but if you're lucky/patient enough to wait for discounts, it's well worth it. Highly recommend!

Good and detailed explanations!

I recently attempted to take advantage of CircleDNA's 11.11 promotion, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. On November 11, 2023, I eagerly decided to purchase a special deal package for US$140, only to find myself caught in what feels like a blatant scam.

I diligently filled in all of my personal and payment information, excited about the promised deal. However, to my dismay, the transaction failed without any clear explanation. This left me not only without the much-anticipated promotion but also questioning the security of my personal details.

The aftermath of this failed transaction was an absolutely appalling customer journey. It felt as though I had fallen into a pit of frustration and stress. The lack of transparency and the absence of a functioning support system only intensified my dissatisfaction.

To make matters worse, I attempted to reach out to CircleDNA via email to address this issue, attaching screenshots of my failed transaction and any relevant information for their investigation. However, to my disbelief, I received no reply. This lack of response has only added insult to injury, leaving me with no resolution or explanation for the dubious 11.11 promotion failure.

I am deeply unsatisfied with the entire experience and urge CircleDNA to take immediate action in rectifying these issues. Customers should not have to endure scams, faulty transactions, and unresponsive customer service. I hope this review serves as a warning to others considering engaging with CircleDNA during promotions, as my experience has been far from the promised seamless and trustworthy process.

Problem with my understanding of CircleDNA's use of Fedex. After I'd spen money on a 'premium' service I spent ages on the phone, and on a computer screen trying to figure out how to send the sample to this organisation.

Circle DNA provide links to Fedex websites that don't work, not good customer care. I ended up taking to nearest Fedex outlet to send...

A really poor company, I had a terrible experience from start to finish. Not UK based, they are in China and uncontactable when you need them. There are many more reliable and trustworthy companies available than CircleDNA - use one of them!!
