Poor

Placed two separate orders with them, and on both occasions they emailed to state they were out of stock. Hugely frustrating. Hopefully it is not the norm and i was unlucky. Might be worth potential customers emailing/calling them before pacing an order.

Make you wait for your refund.

Bought a Stone Island coat from there. When it arrived it was too small, so i returned it next day special delivery. The day after i sent an email that was ignored. Then when i rang them the guy i spoke to just kept fobbing me off with excuses like there were busy etc and they had lots of refunds to process. Iv heard this excuse many times. In the end i waited 5 working days and even then i had to ring up. This is more than there quoted 3 working days which was unacceptable. I think most of these companies are on a con to gain interest on your money while they have it so delay in giving a refund for as long as they can. My advice is go to the shop and try it on otherwise you could be in for a lengthy wait for your money back. Would never buy from again. And its not the first time this company has let me down.

No respond from store

I ordered a pair of shoes, which they were not able to find in their stock.

Even though I tried contacting the shop by mail two days after I placed the order and the order status was still "Processing" i got no answer about the specific status of my order. After two days more I contacted the shop by phone and was told, that they were going to investigate the specific order-status and call or mail me the day after.

The day after I did not have any respond from the shop and I therefore called them for an update. They told me that they were not able to find the shoes and that I had the possibility of purchasing something else or have a refund.

It is fair to have some errors in the stock, but then you have to immediately inform your customer, when you were aware of the problem - and maybe in such situation it would be a good idea to offer some kind of discount on purchase of other things in order to show some apologizing behavior.
