Horrible handling of senior clients

Horrible handling of senior clients. Never on time, rush to do their job.
Dont do a good job.
Mgrs dont care and do not call back regarding complaints. So many no shows but the govt still pays the agency.

Managent are rude and…

Managent are rude and disrespectfull.they don't care about elderly clients, never pickup the phone and never respond back on voice mail. Ex. Julia, Marina...
Also food cards are frequently missing and also are not delivered during canada post strike.

Circle of Care is champion in Distance Care
Circle of Care team is composed of ordinary people providing extraordinary care. They have the purest hearts for what they do and their ability to anticipate life changing events is remarkable. I am so grateful to them for caring for both my parents who resides in Southern California. I am based in New York and for somebody who’s as hands on as myself, it is hard not to be present when my parents need my personal attention, but Circle of Care assisted my family greatly through their Distance Care Program where care coordination and communication is constant and timely. Their Care Management is bar none and I feel so confident that my parents are under the best care. We have had the same professional, skilled and compassionate caregivers for years and we call them angels. Through the high recommendation of a trusted friend, I hired them to care for my dad and when my Mom needed care, I thought of no other company but Circle of Care.

Caring Help

My father was suffering from stage 4 cancer and soon was too ill to live alone. We did not want to move him from his home where he was the most comfortable. This meant that my brother and I would have to stay with him. After a few weeks it became apparent that we needed help. We had tried a company recommended by our social worker and it wasn't the match we were hoping for. There were several times that I received calls stating that the caregiver had called in sick and there was not enough staff to cover the shift. That effectively left me "high and dry". When you are exhausted this adds to your emotional burden. When sharing my frustration with a friend, she recommend Circle of Care. 

I called and Cheri was there to lighten my load. She arranged for consistency in caregivers and well as reliability. I could rely on the fact that same caregivers were coming, thus allowing them to understand my dad's routines and needs. There was no rotation of new and ever-changing folks coming, which was a source of fear for my father. I also did not suffer from the "high and dry" syndrome. When there was an issue, I got a phone call explaining it and told who would be covering for that person. Although I will say that only happened once,and that was so that our caregiver could attend the 100th birthday party of one of his other patients. This was such a blessing for my family.
 
Circle of Care was with us until the very end, making a very difficult situation easier. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with caring for a loved one, as a matter of fact I have recommended them. Knowing your loved one is cared for and safe when you need  help is an invaluable gift.

Yvonne Brown Offers Excellent Care To My 84 Year Old Mother!

Circle Of Care Has Qualified Homecare Providers That Go Out Of Their Way To Make Their Patients Happy!

A great example of Excellent Health and Home Care comes from Yvonne Brown who is a very sweet person who always has a Smile on her face.

I really enjoy seeing her around my mother because she makes her feel happy and comfortable.......
