I had an unauthorized transaction on my debit card from circuitmancer and after a lot of back and forth I was finally granted a refund.

I never signed up for any of this and I was charged, I was told I was getting a full refund after leaving this review so if I don't get my full refund I'll be leaving another review but thank you to the team for getting on top of this pretty quick and we'll see hopefully when I receive my full refund a lot of functions

I never purchased anything from this company. I chatted, texted, & called but never could get a person. Waited on hold for 30 min one time then it finally said try later. Got a response saying I had purchased a gift card. Never did. Said I was signed up for monthly payments,! When I chatted they said they had no account on gike for me. So I waited for my bank statement and there it was! HOW DID YOU HAVE MY CARD NUMBER? I had to get a new card. Your customer service is almost non existent. I was repeatedly told it (robot?) had no account for me, my name or my email. So I thought it was one big mistake til my bank statement arrived

Getting help from customer service was not difficult at all. I appreciate the timely responses. Their promise to rectify my complaint makes me feel hopeful.

I feel that whoever reviewed this case understood what happened and really cared about making things right.
