Misunderstanding of the test requested
I went to your outpost at St Pancras at 7:20pm on 29 September 2022 and asked for an RAT, as I would be taking a flight at 6:35pm the next day (1 Oct) back to Hong Kong. The RAT as required by the HK health authority has to be taken within 24 hours before boarding the flight. Your staff there told me that the deadline for same day result service had already closed, as the last sample dispatch time was 7pm. That caused me panic, as it was very difficult for me to find another centre that could provide the service at that time. After searching for alternative service for half an hour, it was eventually found out that your staff had mistaken me as requesting a PCR test. Although the service was provided in the end, it had caused unnecessary great worry in me.

As Hong Kong have recently updated their rules for customers being able to now travel on the RAT 24 hours before departure, I trust this is what caused the confusion. As a testing site we try to keep updated as much as possible with each countries rules and regulations to be able to advice our customers of which test they require and to ensure any disappointment. Excellent. I had trouble with another company who I attempted to have my test done with which was Qured.com, the website for that company did not load my test so I had to find a fast way of doing another Anitgen test and luckily I found Cicular1 in Didsbury which had me sorted there and then which was perfect as I fly out tomorrow. The person who dealt with me was outstanding and very polite! We had a great conversation during the wait and would recommend Circular health to anyone! Brilliant customer service start to finish. I forgot to ask for the man’s name who helped me today which was a shame.

It would per the perfect service if they delivered on time
I have used Circular 1 multiple times over the past covid years, I think it is a great service. However, in the past few months delays and mistakes occur at delivery stage. The price of peace of mind PCRs has been increased, however it the service has worsened considerably!

These guys help me out a lot! I needed a last minute name change on the PCR test result less than 24hours before the flight and the changed the name. I would recommend you get your PCR tests from Circular1 Health for travel.

Good morning Wenyu. Thank you for your review. I have looked into this and my findings are that you posted your test into us on the 19/09. It was received in our lab on 22/09, and we reported the results at 12:47pm. We advice all customers that are requiring a quicker turn around time to please use our onsite testing and not the postal option as we have a 24 hour tracker for returning the kit and 24 hours once the kit is in our lab. I can confirm we reported the results in 4 hours once your test was in our lab. Kind Regards, Terri-Anne
