We have dealt with Cirencester sales and lettings,for many years.We have always found Michelle very professional and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble.

I can only give Cirencester Sales & Lettings a 5 star rating as to date I have received first class service. I am a landlord renting out two properties. CSL are an efficient and friendly team who are very supportive to me as an overseas landlord. I totally recommend.

Mark Jones of C.S & L carried out a valuation of our home yesterday, he was considerant in removing his shoes when walking through the house, he had a pleasant manner and gave excellent advice. We will not hesitate in calling Mark when we decide to sell.

I have dealt with Cirencester Lettings for many years and Michelle and her team have always been professional, competent and approachable. I can only highly recommend them.

The owner, M. Milliner, put my house on the market in March 2022. Was very unprofessional and did not take any of my concerns seriously. I had to demand that another member of her team take over with viewings etc. Victoria was polite and kept me updated at every step. unfortunately, she left the company before it was sold. I was told she could not work in the environment that was created by M. Milliner. I researched deeper and found that at least 7 other employees had left in the previous 12 months, one only lasted 4 weeks.
I would definitely not recommend this company to sell anything for me in the future.
If it seems to good to be true, springs to mind.

There was less than two weeks from the first meeting to them closing the sale for us. In that time the CSL team managed to take all the photos, create a floor plan, video tour, perform an EPC check, get the listing up on Rightmove/Zoopla and setup 10 viewings in less than 8 days! Our place was sold with absolutely no effort on our part and considerable effort from them. Really incredible service.
